Each elegant and spacious apartment features a sitting area with a TV and sofa. The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic stove, coffee-maker and microwave. Guests receive free fruit and a newspaper. There is a communal reading room, as well as a lounge with a pool table. There is also a fitness center. Tetuan Metro Station is 650 ft from G3 Galeon and a bus stop is just 300 ft away. This is the best hotel to stay if you are going to a real madrid football match cause it is close to the bernabeu stadium, free wifi and very friendly staff. I will difinitely stay again in my next travel.

This was a really nice place. You stay in an apartment, which is more spacious than a typical hotel room, while you enjoy luxuries that are usually offered only by hotels, like daily room cleaning. The location is not central, but it is really close to the metro, so you can get everywhere fast. The internet was not so reliable, some times in the day the signal would be too weak and you could barely check your emails.

I like the service both reception and room, the location and the value for money. We also liked the new decoration, previosly was a bit dated for our taste. Although I like the new decoration I think the rooms could do with a few nice pictures on the walls, it feels a bit cold wiht the bare walls. We do not like the small TV screen.

The apartments are spacious and the beds are comfy. It was perfect for a family because we had two adjoining rooms, one with a double sofa bed and the other with two singles. The little kitchen is also handy for snacks/ fruit/ cups of tea if you bring your own ingredients and boil water in a saucepan. There's a fridge too. Overall very good value for money. The location is a little out of the way for tourist spots so we spent quite a bit of time on the metro.

The staff was very helpful and also speaks English. Location of the hotel near Metro Tetuan which is 5 minutes walk. Very quiet surrounding and have groceries store just in front of the hotel

The hotel is very close to Tetuan Metro station. It only took 15 minutes to sol Metro station. This was a plus if you want to be in a quieter part of town than compared to plaza mayor area. No complaints from this hotel hopper.

Very modern facility. Near metro and tge area is quiet. Thecwifi is also free. There is a grocefy just infront of the hotel. Also, just 500meters away are restaurants,pizza store etc. Hotel is clean.

Hotel simples sem muitos luxos, porém limpo e com ambientes grandes, cama confortável. Cozinha boa com equipamentos suficientes. Bem localizado, estação de metrô muito próxima do hotel. Facilidades no entorno; supermercados, padarias, restaurantes, etc. Relação qualidade/preço, muito boa. Atendimento da recepção impecável. Gostei de tudo, entretanto recomendo que melhorem a iluminação do quarto pois só existe um ponto de luz no abajour, o que o torna muito escuro. O sinal do wi-fi no meu quarto era muito instável, pois localizava-se longe da antena, o que dificultou minha navegação na internet.

Une petite rue tranquille dans un quartier animé, des bars et des commerces à chaque pas de porte. Un appartement spacieux et très fonctionnel. Laissez la voiture au parking, le métro de Madrid est très efficace pour visiter la ville. Un petit-déjeuner (desayuno) indigent et peu en rapport avec son prix, pas de pain mais du pain de mie "primero precio" du supermercado voisin, des patisseries collantes et immangeables pour un estomac "frances". Dommage, à éviter lors de la réservation, l'épicerie du coin et la kitchenette feront l'affaire.

Hej Det var okey men de pengar jag har betalt lite för mycket. Frukost var jätte dålig.varje dag samma sak och mycket lite sort välja för. Det finns inget varken ägg, tomat,gurka,oliver mm.... Jag rekomenderar inte köpa frukost. Hälsningar.

El personal del hotel ha sido, en general, muy amable y atento. Esta limpio. No me gusto que habia pedido una habitacion para no fumadores y nos alojaron en una de fumadores. Me ofrecieron cambiar pero ya habiamos colocado todas la cosas. Se supone que era una habitacion para cuatro y solo habia servicio para 2 y tres sillas. Cuando llegamos hacia calor pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Me dijeron que pasarian a arreglarlo y no lo hicieron porque el tiempo empeoro al dia siguiente. Lei estos mismos comentarios aqui y por lo visto no los tienen en cuenta. Sin embargo, lo que encuentro peor del hotel no es por culpa del hotel, es de la gente en la calle que de madrugada se dedica a chillar por la calle, es imposible dormir, hay un bar muy cerca y da igual que sea fin de semana que entre semana. Por cierto, el sistema de puertas de la cocina es horrible, no se puede usar la fregadera o la nevera a la vez que los fuegos.

Posizione comoda per il centro a pochi minuti in auto e ben collegato con I mezzi. Posizione comoda e si può passeggiare anche nelle vicinanze perché ci sono delle belle vie commerciali. Ottima soluzione per famiglie e molto confortevole l'abitazione. Pulizia eccellente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Avevamo noleggiato l'automobile e anche non parcheggiando in garage fuori si trova facilmente il posto. Attenzione al parcometro fino alle 20 si paga( non poco). Ascensore un po' rumoroso e un po' esagerato il costo del cagnolino che avevamo con noi.

Отель очень понравился. Находится в 200 метрах от метро Tetuan, 15 минут на метро до центра города. Рядом с отелем множество недорогих кафе и супермаркетов. В отеле нам достался двухкомнатный номер, также была кухня со всей посудой, свч, чайником. Очень дружелюбный персонал, отличный дизайн номера и всего отеля в целом. Парковка в отеле не дешева - примерно 20 Евро за сутки.

hôtel bien situé à proximité du métro Tétuan , d'un arrêt de bus et des commerces. Etablissement dans une petite rue avec des appartements donnant sur une place arrière calme. Bon accueil et appartements confortables et propres. Mauvaise insonorisation entre les appartements.
