The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. It was also near a supermarket and we found a great cafe for pastries. We would definitely stay there again. |

Close to metro station Tetuan, quiet rooms and free internet. Kitchen facilities are "built-in", meaning you have to keep shuffling wardrobe doors to access fridge / cooktop / sink. Not particularly cheap either but it is Madrid. |

Friendly staff. Having an aparthotel was much better than a hotel for a solo traveller as hotels usually give you the grottiest room. It was nice and near the metro. I would have preferred a non-smoking room. |

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar e as acomodações específicas do quarto são pequenas em relação ao restante. Sem dúvida melhorar a limpeza do quarto. Senti que o piso estava encardido. |

ligging, vlakbij metro & beschikbaarheid van keuken, vriendelijk personeel. Veel geluidsoverlast van buitenaf, je kan alles van buiten precies volgen ('s nachts vuilnis ophalen etc). We zaten op 1e etage, wellicht dat dit minder is op andere etages. De bedden zijn erg kort. Het 3e bed is een slaapbank, het niet zo comfortabel. Met 3 personen is de leefruimte door uitgeklapt bed ook beperkt (met 2 personen zit je prima). |
