location was good. the private parking was very nice, very secure. it is certainly a tight fit though. air conditioning did not work. room was too hot. if you opened the window, then you got all the street noise. check in was confusing because the guy was looking for my reservation based on me standing there (he thought I was alone, but my family were waiting outside) so he only looked under his single rooms. it was bizarre but they repeatedly denied we had a booking. this took 45 minutes to resolve. he made it worse by not looking up the correct name. the breakfast staff refused to let us eat because we had not prepaid. after a stunning conversation, we went to the front desk who cleared it up. i think the staff need a bit of common sense training as between the check in and breakfast fiasco, it turned into a frustrating visit.

The hotel room was a good size for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. It was clean and comfortable. It had good facilities, tv, radio, mini bar, phone etc Breakfast was basic and continental. It was an excellent position, about 10 mins from Plaza Major (main square) and close to other tourist spots. Car park was also very good, we were even able to squeeze in our volkswagen camper! Not a complaint as we were very happy just a little thing to remember. On arrival you have to ask for your TV remote.

The hotel is really well located, not in the center of the city, but pretty close, you can get there in just 10 minutes by walking. It's a good option for those who are getting in the city by car because in the center is impossible to park, so the hotel area is the best option. The hotel is a little old and not very beautiful.

Very helpful English-speaking staff, location and just great value for money. The hotel is not new, but seems to be maintained very carefully. Internet doesn't reach every room, but you can always use it in the comfortable lobby.

Great free Wi-Fi! The connection speed was faster than my home Internet connection. My wife and I watched a U.S. basketball game online without any problems. My wife complained that the bedsheets weren't clean enough -- I didn't really notice.

Large room. Heating system. I could hear everything in the hallway, in another room, people singing in the other rooms' bath, people knocking on the doors of adjoining rooms, phones ringing ... everything! If you really want to relax you should avoid this hotel.

Buena ubicación, personal muy correcto, servicios también correctos, relación calidad-precio muy aceptable; en general bastante bien. Demasiado ruido, las paredes son de papel, pero también hay que reconocer que hay clientes muy poco respetuosos con el resto de la humanidad, y esto no es sólo culpa del hotel. El desayuno está bien, pero eso de que se acabe el servicio a las 10 de la mañana no lo veo correcto; es un hotel para hacer vida tranquila, y levantarse tarde, no para businnes. Por lo demás muy bien. Una "colleja" a booking; al dia siguiente de hacer la reserva de la "supuestamente" última habitación, la bajasteis casi 10 euros la noche... Eso está muy pero que muy feo!

LLevamos a nuestro perro Brook y no nos pusieron ningún problema. No nos cobraron suplemento. Con respecto a la habitación, grande y cómoda. Muy limpia. El parking? Es imposible que os roben el coche allí ya que está en un parking dentro de un parking. Muy bien situado del centro.

Les chambres étaient propres et le linge aussi. La proximité du centre mais avec le calme en plus. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le prix et est si cher que nous ne l'avons pas pris. Pas de bouilloire avec thé, café tisane à disposition gratuite dans la chambre. La décoration du hall, des parties communes et des couloirs (tapis central très défraîchi) est vraiment démodée.

El trato del personal del hotel, desde el recepcionista hasta la chica del bar. El ascensor no llegaba hasta el parking y hay muchas escaleras sin rampa para ir cómodamente con las maletas.

Facilement accessible. Parking sous-terrain assez grand (4x4 Toyota). Proximité du centre ville. Chambres situées soit sur la rue avec bruits jusqu'à 23heures (passage de trains et voitures.Chambres situées sur une cour intérieure avec 6 étages de logements au-dessus: pas de soleil visible depuis la fenêtre....

El precio muy ajustado y la habitación correcta. La relación calidad/ precio es buena. La cama era pequeña y el mobiliario algo antiguo. Una vez que estás duchado y en pijama, te das cuenta que el mando de la tv hay que pedirlo en recepción.

El hotel no lo he utilizado mucho, solo para dormir. En unico aspecto negativo es el ruido por la noche, tanto del pasillo como de las habitaciones colindante.Es una pena porque el resto me ha parecido bueno.

Muito central, dá para ir a pé ao centro, à praça Maior e à Catedral. Tem garagem no próprio Hotel, o que é bom pois é muito difícil estacionar na rua. Quartos limpos e confortáveis. Acho caro (120 €/noite, s/pq. Almoço). O Hotel está algo decadente. O atendimento era pouco profissional: Faltava uma toalha de banho, liguei para a recepção a pedir e responderam que não podiam ir, se podia ir eu própria lá abaixo buscar a toalha. Não acho próprio, em especial por 120 €/noite.

A proximidade ao centro (cerca de 10mnt a pé da principal praça). Não gostei de alguns aspectos, entre os quais: - Cobraram a primeira noite antes do periodo da desistência, facto que contestei á minha chegada. Disseram-me que se desistisse me devolveriam o dinheiro. Não está correcto poruqe associado a este movimento existem comissões bancárias além do abuso que representa. - O pequeno-almoço da primeira noite foi bastante fraco apesar de ter chegado á sala de refeições 15mnt antes do termino, disseram que já não contavam connosco. - A cama extra tem um colchão bastante fraco para o tipo de hotel.

ダブルにアップグレードされた。ガラガラだったせいだと思うが。。。 部屋はかなり古く、ばかでかいアンティークのエアコンが非常にうるさい。TVと冷蔵庫はあるが、リモコンと- 冷蔵庫のカギはない。TVはスペイン語のみ。古いせいか、かび臭い。エアコンが効かないのに毛布がなく、寒- い。 スタッフはあまりレセプションにいない。いても非常に不親切。

Gostamos da localização, dá para ir a pé a qualquer parte de interesse da cidade, praça maior, zona de compras, el corte ingles... Muito central. Staff embora simpatico e prestável, serviço de garagem é uma mais valia, pois estacionar na rua é um perigo... O facto de o aquecimento ser desligado durante a noite e manha provoca grandes diferenças de temperatura, tornando-se muitas vezes desagradável e sem possibilidade de regulação...

La localización, muy cerca de todo. Habitación muy grande, baño recién reformado. Wifi gratis. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen. Ni de broma le doy 3 estrellas. Relación calidad/ precio no muy buena. Hotel viejo de decoración e instalaciones setenteras (excepto baños, recién reformados). Nos dieron habitación de 2 camas aunque en la reserva había especificado que queríamos 1 cama grande. El mando de la tele hay que pedirlo abajo y te lo dan con un plástico envuelto al vacío (¿?) con cartelitos de papel que te tapan botones como el epg y subtítulos. Con una excursión del Imserso que se levantaba prontísimo y hablaba a gritos en el pasillo. Personal de limpieza también hablando a voces a las 9 de la mañana del sábado (se oía todo). Wifi gratis; según nos dijo el recepcionista no se capta bien en todas las habitaciones. Muchas escaleras en los pasillos.
