This was the best surprise ever! A boutique hotel with american comfort. Just perfect location: across El Prado, couple of blocks from Reina Sofia and Thyssen museums, but on a quiet, beautiful, stoned street. Delicious breakfast buffet and free wifi in fab rooms. Don't miss this hotel if you travel to Madrid!! Nothing to say, everything just perfect.

The hotel is furnished in a modern style. The economy room is extremely small with no day light as windows are covered with grey paint. It was very hard to open the windows. Definitely not good value for money.

Central location near Prado and Atocha train station. New modern design hotel. Friendly staff. Free fast wifi. Poor lighting in the room. Suite's both TVs worked only for one minute and were switched off by themselves. After breakfast there was no electricity in the room.

Fantastic location right next to the three main museums and Antocha train station (for Toledo trip). Also next to Huertas for night time food and which runs straight to the historical centre Need boiling water to make a proper cup of tea for breakfast. The tea does not properly brew with the hot water that is provided in a thermos flask

They were really cared all of our needs. They found a baby sitter for our baby and she was good. They answered all our questions before the chec-in. They don't have a good beauty and cleaning kit. There isn't toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. only shampoo, conditioner and lotion aren't enough. They put baby crib on the room and it was good but they didnt have special shampoo, towell for the baby. When you stay at Radisson and your vacation is just for 2 days you expect more tools for your needs.

Staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic. 15 Mins walk from Sol, and minutes from Prado, Thyssen and other Museums/Galleries parks. Steam Room a great Idea but does not really work properly.

We loved the design of the hotel. It was very attractive, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great coffee machine. Very efficient shower. We will definitely use this hotel again. Great! The bar was not well stocked and understaffed. Very few chairs. Thank goodness there is a great bar just outside the hotel. This was a pity as we like to have a pre dinner and nightcap drink when we are away. This was so surprising as everything else was provided for the comfort of guests. The staff who did eventually serve us were not experienced bar staff but they did try so hard running backwards and forwards to try and keep it going. They also had to keep leaving the bar to get wines and Cava people ordered??

The only little thing we missed in the room was a suitcase stand which is very handy if you live out of the suitcase for a few days.

Excellent location - can explore the city center by foot. Breakfast was also a good one, not at Radisson standards but good. I was really disapointed by this Radisson. I used to stay to many of them but this one was really way below Radisson standards. First, we were provided with a very small room, having the windows facing an interior luminator, haing absolutely no view - when asked to change it, the receptionist refused (hotel was prettly empty). Again, being a booking.com customers, the hotel are selling only the worst rooms (near elevator, smallest, no view, etc.) Second, the so called SPA center is more like a joke. Small like a residence one than a Radisson one. On top, the sauna was not working and when I asked to start it, they invited me to "enjoy" it in 20 minutes. Last but not the least, the cleaning lady ignore the empty shower gel every time she was cleaning the room. Many details were missed during the cleaning.

It's in the heart of Madrid, the Museo prado is just a walking distance from the hotel, plus the botanical garden which is one of the biggest gardens in Madrid, as well as many shops, cafes, restaurants, and ofcourse the famous el corte ingles the best place to shop in spain! The Radisson blu hotel, Madrid prado is an amazing hotel and located at the best place to be in Madrid! So, In conclusion I liked everythig about this hotel. However, It would have been perfect if they had a bidet in atleast some of the rooms of the hotel and If they had a late check-out policy that would've made this hotel a great one indeed!
