Radisson Blu Hotel, Madrid Prado  

Hotel valido, buona posizione, personale discreto e disponibile, gentilezza e cordialità.

Posizione veramente comoda come base per visitare la città, grande gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, camere confortevole con dotazione completa (perfino asse e ferro da stiro). Buffet della colazione completo anche se allestito in uno spazio piccolo. Connessione wi-fi gratis e molto efficiente in tutto l'hotel

Unica nota dolente riguarda l'assenza del bidet in bagno (per altro molto bello) ...ma questo credo sia un problema che riguarda quasi tutti gli hotel in Spagna

Ottimo per la posizione ,servizio e confort.

Ottima la posizione di fronte al Prado e a pochi minuti dalla stazione di ferroviaria e dai musei Reina Sofia e Thyssen-Bornemisza

L'aria condizionata era molto rumorosa e non si poteva regolare la velocità della ventilazione.

Arredamento non consono,troppo moderno.Manca una sala adibita alla clientela che desidera leggere e/o consumare,caffè o aperitivi ecc.In camera non è possibile vedere un canale in lingua italiana e siamo in piena europa,come mai!Spero che il mio suggerimento,in parte venga accolto.Grazie e cordiali saluti.

Following our very early disappointment about our hotel change they upgraded us to a better room.

I booked the 3 night stay two months in advance . On day of travel I received a call to my mobile saying they had switched us to another hotel in Madrid for the first night . I was furious a) because I had to call them back on my mobile from heathrow at my cost b) I am convinced it was because Real Madrid were laying in a semi final cup game and they could make more money on my room. It was most inconvenient because next morning we had to return midday to new hotel , pack up , taxi to Radisson Blu check in and unpack again . So day was wasted really . The pool downstairs was icy cold and no staff were around at any time so it was certainly not a spa . The bar was never open during our stay if we wanted a drink or to sit we had to sit at a table in the restaurant ! I would certainly not return to this hotel .

Location is the only positive thing to be mentioned.

No wi-wi, no spa; double room with a king-size bed and one blanket for me and my colleague (good that we are one gender) despite we booked a twin room. The personnel may have been more friendly and fast.

Good location in city centre, close to Train Station, Museums, Bars & Restaurants etc. Nice design and interior. Good shower/bathrooms.

Allocated the smallest hotel room I have ever seen with a bed that was more like the size of a childs single bed. After complaining about unbelievable small size of room, was told that hotel was full so no other room was available. Was only staying for 2-nights so no other option but to remain in room. Breakfast selection is average and cooked breakfast took 30-mins to arrive. Small reception and luggage storage area.

A bit pricey but excelent room and facilities in general. Location is excelent and staff extra friendly!

Loved the nespresso facilities. Very friendly staff!!

The lighting in the bathrooms is impossible for a woman to apply make up. Had to go to other mirror nr tv. Only very small bottle of still water supplied in mini bar. Was not restocked on second day after having been emtied.

The rooms have excellent facilities.

The rooms are too small in size.
