The staff were extremely helpful in splitting an initial 9 day booking into two separate bookings totaling 7 days to permit a quick trip to the Pyrenees. During our absence, we left documents in our room by mistake, and the staff located and returned them saving us a lot of stress and extra efforts to try to replace them.

Underground near, beautiful surroundings, near the sea. As for a 4* hotel, the quality was really poor. Small rooms, dirty sheets etc.

The location is great, the beach is across the street. The area is so quiet and beautiful, new buildings, relaxation areas. The hotel looks ok, might need some refurbishments (especially the wooden floor and furniture). The breakfast is wonderful, probably the best 've eaten in years; so various and tasty. I totally recommend the hotel for a city trip, the price is very good for a 4**** hotel but don't expect luxury. Metro is 5 - 7 mins away - station Poblenou. Furniture and especially the wooden floor needs to be replaced.

The room were very clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly. You are close to the sea front ( 2 minutes ),, and close to to different forms of public transport including the tube/metro, and we also found it a very quiet area, possibly due to time of year but nevertheless we didn't see any night clubs close by, which makes the nights more relaxing. Maybe it's a british thing!, But there are no facilities in rooms to make tea/coffee.

A very well located Hotel. Very near a good beach. Only 10minutes from the metro at Poblenou. The 41 bus stop, to the centre of Barcelona, was only a couple of minutes down the street. The open topped Bus Turistic stopped nearby also. An hours walk along the sea front brought you into the heart of Barcelona. The area felt safe by day and night with the sea front full of joggers, walkers, roller bladers and romantics at night. The room was of a reasonable size and very clean.The reception were competent and helpful. The price was good for Barcelona The breakfast at €14.60 was a bit expensive so we did not partake, there was plenty of alternatives nearby.

The proximity to the beach and the size of the room. The buffet breakfast was really quite pricey. Also, some vending machines and an ice machine would be nice.

Only Location. They dont have bell boy, they dont have any entertainment in hotel, they have only 1 English Channel, they charge extra for car parking. They dont have 24 hours cleaning and Food Services.

excellent à tous points de vue : situation, propreté, standing, accueil , mais aussi le calme pour le repos tous les aspects pratiques pour encadrer au mieux l'arrivée et départ des touristes possibilité de laisser ses valises si on arrive plus tot ou partir plus tard que les horaires de disponibilités des chambres, accès hotel full time, plein de détails tels que pèse valises etc... aucune critique négative impeccable

Schönes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer, knapp 10 Minuten Gehzeit zur U-Bahnstation. Personal sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, mit guten Englisch-Kenntnissen. Zimmer sauber und gemütlich, ausreichende Platzverhältnisse - auch im Bad/WC. Frühstück kontinental mit spanischen Spezialitäten, sehr lecker, für jeden was dabei. Absolut empfehlenswert, würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

Higiene, quarto bem iluminado. A internet grátis nos quartos, anunciada no site não funciona. Temos de pagar para utilizar. Ponto bastante negativo já que escolhi o hotel tendo por base a disponibilidade de internet! A estadia foi-me debitada logo na reserva. Não costuma ser assim!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk en verzorgd ontbijt. Geen geluiden van andere gasten te horen terwijl er groepen schoolkinderen waren(goede geluidsisolatie). Elke dag werd je bed opgemaakt. Mooie kunst en gratis internet in de lounche.
