we like that it was very close to the sea.. the staff was very friendly.. the rooms were very clean with a good view of the sea and very spacious.. about a 10 minute walk to the metro.. the area was very safe.. We would stay at this Hotel again.

really didn't like that there was no WIFI.. but I guess you can't have everything.. overall.. no complaint's, Wonderful Hotel..

Good value for money, the staff were friendly in the restaurant, housekeeping and room service and couple of the ones at reception.

there was no complimentary drink like tea coffee water which is now available in any of the hotel. the reception staff ( two ladies) who were in the night till 10 in the morning were awful , they were not at all helpful and thought that they did a favor on the people if even asked for wifi or cable line password.

Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful views from twelfth floor overlooking Badalona.

Not much privacy between bathroom and bed.

Room has no kettle .. a hotel of this class this is the least u would expect! Ensuite is designed totally wrong.. The toilet is too small, me and the mrs are only 5ft 9 and our heads n knees banged on door everytime u shut it u walk into ensuit to enter bedroom... It shud b closed off and to one side making room size bigger. Two pin chargers required for mobile phone .... What a joke?!! I asked a member of staff as I didn't have an adaptor..wasn't helpful.. Told me to buy one!! Don't get me wrong on holiday u take one with u or buy on ur first day.. But a hotel of this standard surely should incorporate this in their room design.. For 60 plus pounds per night ... I'm sorry I expect a bit more .. not value for money!!

No Free WiFi.

Although its out of town it is only about 800 metres from the last station on Metro line 2. This means you always get a seat going into Barcalona. About 10 minutes walk, and plenty of bars on the way to sample the beers! The rooms are very modern with glass screens dividing the bedroom space from the bathroom.

Expensive breakfasts - did'nt bother with them - ate locally.

We were very satisfyed with our choise of hotel. Clean, modern, safe and competent personal around the clock. The breakfast was perfect. The Badalona area was a nice surprise, hardly any tourists, the beach was cleaner and less crowded than Barceloneta, nice restaurants and the area was very safe.

Everything. the staff were very friendly and the hotel was perfect. we loved the breakfast aswell. this was the second time wed chosen rafael hoteles for our holiday and will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Ideal if you want to combine beach vacation with a visit to Barcelona.

Quite basic & did not supply enough items in the bathroom- i.e. bubble bath, better soaps etc. T.V only showed one english channel which was world news & breakfast should have been included in the price. Also, breakfast was quite poor & often cold.

Suite was very good, plenty of space and good views from 15th floor, very modern. Restaurant food was excellent and good choice which is unusual and Jorge was very good. Parking under hotel and plenty of space.

Other staff ok but not going out of their way to make you feel great. No where to eat or drink outside during our visit.

It was ok rooms were very small it took £20 to go or come back from the city, the hotel never took pounds I think the hotel nis over priced

Should have advised they have a computer to use before charging for wifi Internet.

È un po' fuori Barcellona ma ben collegato

prima hotel. Moeilijk te vinden want locatie staat niet op navigatie. Zeer stijlvolle kamers. Ontbijt niet doen. Om de hoek voor een kwart v.d. prijs overal mogelijk. Slechts 10 min. van het centrum van Barcelona maar veel goedkoper dan midden in de stad.

El diseño de las habitaciones

El minibar muy caro, la puerta de cristal del baño chocaba y no cerraba bien, a veces se cerraba fuerte sola y pasaba pena k se rompiera.

Die Zimmer waren gut und sauber.

Das Personal an der Rezeption hat sich bei Fragen nur wenig Mühe gegeben. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig.
