Staff's answer to every request was "No". Breakfast was a joke even a 3 Euros.

The location was the BEST. You can park your car just in front of the Hotel, & it is safe & walk to everything that is important to see & the Roman ruins are fantastic.

Very well situated in the centre of Merida, next to the touristic attractions and the commercial area. The room was clean and quite big.

I know it can be a stupid criticism, but there is no toilet in the hall: when I went to the hotel in the afternoon of the check out day to took the luggage I had left there, I couldn't use a bathroom.

Ideally placed to explore the town. Parking outside the hotel.

Lack of sound proofing between bedrooms.

The postion of the hotel-right in the centre-and yet we were able to park outside the hotel.

Hotel Rambla Emerita merida Functional clean room. A little on the small side. Friendly staff. They do not give enough soap and no shampoo. Location excellent-very close to all attractions. On street free parking outside the hotel but the spots do fill up. A fine hotel and it did the job. Excellent value for money. wifi was fine. Heating system was a problem. Fine in the morning and evening. Did not work at night when it only blew cold air. It was better with the unit off and using extra blankets. I asked for a 1 pm check out (usual 12 noon) and they did not give it as they said the hotel was full. The heating problem was a major negative.

The cheap grotty dive where you have to go down to the lobby to make a call from a pay phone. No drinking water in the room, no mini-bar. Unpleasant receptionist. Noisy as hell, I couldn't sleep a wink. I paid for 2 nights but checked out before the second night. I would rather stay in a youth hostel. It reminded me of a hookers' motel. Be warned!

Great location near all sites of interest, Helpful staff, simply furnished room but with comfortable bed, good bathroom and very clean throughout. Great value for money!

Friendly people, good, quiet central location with easy access to the key heritage sites in Merida, and an easy 5-10 minute walk from the railway station. Interesting non standard building: a very Spanish style of small, modernised hotel. Has a lift.

No bedside lights ! And while the bathroom was good, the air extractor did not work, leaving a lot of steam from the shower.

The staff were very friendly and most helpful. We chose the Hotel as it was so close to all the wonderful Roman Historical sites and it really was! We had a great 3 days in Merida. Thank you.

Good value, location - withing walking distance of the main sights of Merida.

The hotel Rambla Emerita is in an excellent location for all the Roman Sites in Merida. Its excellent value for money. Staff friendly but their English is not good. Breakfast is basic(bread, jam, butter, tea and juice) but adequate.Very clean and modern. We would certainly stay there again.

Parking could possibly be a problem. We were there in May so not the height of the tourist season and there are three dedicated parking sites outside the hotel (free). We managed to get one of these so no problem, but if they were taken it could be difficult to park.

The staff were very friendly,the parking is just in front of the hotel and we (unexpectedly) didn't have to pay for it.

We asked for a double room but in fact got a twin room; the breakfast was not very good, the staff spoke only Spanish.

Me ha encantado su personal y lo bien situado que estaba.

Que no tiene servicios fuera de la habitación, salvo el del restaurante, pero que tiene horario de cerrar.

Muy centrico, con posibilidad de acceder andando al casco histórico. Cómodo y bonito.

Ubicación inmejorable , atención y limpieza excelentes . Habitaciones amplias . Entorno tranquilo pero muy próximo al núcleo arqueológico y de ambiente.
