Genial ubicación. Una maravilla de edificio en el centro. Trato correcto. Buena opción para ir con amigos.

El apartamento muy bueno, estimo que un poco caro. La ubicacion excelente, habitacion bastante limpia.

Cobran 30 euros mas por la limpieza, eso no te lo indican en booking.com aparte que las redes de wifi no sirven, solo pude agarrar senal en la escalera de la planta baja del edificio

1- The way of the man who was there when i checked out treating us 2- The showers was not good the water could not go down easy and it's sinking the shower in 2 bathrooms 3- The 3rd bathroom ( the small one alone not inside any room ) the shower was broken and the water goes out from the sides

Nice appartment clean plenty of space first class location for all the city as to offer good value for money

No one at reception to meet us small things like rust stains on bath shower barrier broken french windows could not be locked one towel pp for 5 days no tea towels for kitchen all small things that others might complain about

Hotel staff extremely helpful, the were easy to contact. They advised us how to get around the city and what to visit. The apartments were spacious and clean.

I would have prefered a living space with comfy chairs, as well as a the eating area. Being on the top floor! Being charged for the cleaner after we left- this should have been included in the original price. I've never heard of this system. Having to put down a deposit- did not receive as much back when it was refunded onto my card

The apartment was deep down Las Ramblas and after 6pm you cant walk to your apartment without being harassed to buy sex or beer. One of the group also had their wallet stole at the apartment door, Police couldnt care less. Also the hotel charged us 150 euros deposit wich they didnt give back, robbed us, also the power cut off so we had no hot water or power in the apartment during the 2 days we where there.

It is almost in the middle of the Rambla Street and the Building is since 1851. I had two apartments; small and big. The Small one was very good in term of size (2 beds+1 sofa bed in two rooms one with aircondition and another without, frege, kitchen stuff, one bath) and it was in secured building with good elevator size (6 people). The Big one was in the 4th floor and the elevator is working stragly besides its enough only for one person with one meduim baggage or two people but the apartment is big (3 beds + 1 sofa bed in 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms).

Not all the rooms in the Apartment has aircondition, No 24/7 receiption, You have to pay 30 Euro for check-out cleaning, No daily room cleaning and if you need cleaning services you need to tel the receiption before one day and pay 30 euro.

It was a pleasant stay. Location is fantastic.

Apartments need a little bit more maintenance attention (for example the bathroom door did not have a working privacy lock) and more pest cleaning since the place was full of tiny ants!!

We like the location, very center to everything. The apartment is extremely clean with comfortable beds. There is a small supermarket downstairs and the San Josef Market is right around the corner.

The elevator is too small and fits only one person without luggage. There is only one bathroom in the apartment so if a large group of people stays there it would not be convenient. Also, the receptionist was not helpful or even friendly at all. It is difficult to leave your luggage anywhere if you do not arrive at the exact time when the apartment is ready for you.

The location is good, but only this. Apparently there is a big desorganization regarding rooms and guests. I also did pay a 150€ caution by the check in that if I wouldnd have fight for that money they would never returned me.

Great location. Safe and secure. Plenty of great resturants, places of interest and tour buses , beaches and aquarium within walking distance. Apartment passage/ entrance could be washed/cleaned up to brighten the beautiful architecture. Apartment needs an extra clothing storage unit, (3 or 5 drawer unit) . Good attitude from staff.

The room was nice and big, and modernly decorated. The location was excellent, just off the ramplas, so you didn't get all the noise, but you got the convenience. The kitchen was great, because it allows you to cook your own meals. Also there was an elevator from the ground floor to the top floor, which is handy when you are carrying heavy bags

I really liked this hotel and would stay again, so I have nothing that I didn't like.

There is a bar next door, I was up all night from midnight to 6 am with noise and people talking and driving motor scooters in the street.

Det skulle måske stå lidt mere præcis når man vælger/Booker at der faktisk kun er et vindue med udsigt til det fri. Det skulle måske være lidt mere info om lejligheder når man booker. feks om der er terasse eller "fransk dør" så man kan vælge før man acceptere. Vi fik ingen af af delene og det manglede vi...
