Rooms were excellent Breakfast was excellent Staff were friendly, helpful and on hand at all times Super location
Air-con in room didn't work so it was unbearably hot to sleep! Very small and cramped car park on site with steep ramp that scratches the car exhaust. No off- site parking facilities as in the middle of a very busy town.
Front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel is very nicely decorated and clean but our room was a bit oddly shaped- very long and thin which made moving about a bit difficult. Wifi worked flawlessly. Elevator was a plus! Breakfast was nothing special- not amazing, and not bad. Location was GREAT! Close to the old center where all of the interesting stuff is located!
The mattresses on the pull out beds were not very comfortable. Beware- there may not be parking! But the staff helped us find a close lot that was only a 5 minute walk away.
Good rate which included breakfast
You can not use the refrigerator.
clean,well positioned,good friendly service.
Right in the middle of the city. Breakfast was a nice choice. Asked for a coffee the evening we arrived and was brought a kettle and coffee making facilities to the reception area. This was wonderful service we thought.
Nothing really but we were under the impression that the booking form stated parking on site. The public carpark however was round a few hundred meters away. This would have meant dragging all our cases to the hotel for just one night. Luckily between 5pm and 9am there is parking available in the road opposite the hotel and a space came available as we were checking in. This way, we felt the car was in a safe place as we could see it from our hotel room window.
Good location, friendly staff and good breakfast provided
Excellent location, very helpful staff, room was clean and comfortable, secure parking. The breakfast was basic but given the price paid for the night's stay, I have no complaints.
Our room was at the front on the 6th floor - it was very noisy all through the night, which seemed odd as the windows appeared to be double glazed. The refuse lorries came round 4 times and made a great deal of noise emptying the bins. The parking was expensive but parking on the street is almost impossible
Clean and tidy room. Quiet. Wonderful location just 5 min walk to the city center (Cathedral).
The location in the center of the city. We had a quite room as we asked. Good wi-fi signal. Good value for money.
We would prefer to pay some euros extra but to have minibar and safe-box facilities in the room.
Room was good size, clean and comfortable. We were travelling with 2 dogs and had no issues at all. Breakfast was very good.
Underground parking was for experts only. Very tight getting in and out of lift! But at least it was not necessary to travel round town to find a parking space.
Free parking on the street just down from the hotel
We've stayed in many Ibis properties around the world and there are never surprises. You get the value back that you pay for. It was comfy, quiet, and excellent wifi.
Very convenient to all major attractions. Nice hotel would certainly use this one again.
Nice pleasant hotel
No street parking and only option was to pay for the hotel car park which made the cost of stay more
Helpfull staff and location
too much road noise. a lot of noise from other rooms when running showers, flushing toilet etc. Need décor updating
Noisy inside room backing on to lift well,
breakfast was included and had a good variety of pastry, fruits and dairy products
Helpful staff, spacious private car park, quite rooms
Interior window in the room - no light during the day, no fridge or mini bar in the room
the area in which the hotel was situated
an offer of help with my bags
clean and modern facility, maybe not 'typically Spanish' but certainly stylish
parking a car in Zaragoza is a pain, the hotel does have a parking which is good but do count on 14 euro extra expenses
Breakfast was poor.
We did like the fact that there was secure parking with the hotel as we were going down to the south of spain for 3 months and had a lot of stuff!! The alternative was to try and find somewhere to park on the main street which would not be easy.
My husband is a tall man (6'2") and the twin beds were not long enough for him, his feet hung out of the bottom of the bed.
The room was very spacious!! the ubication of the hotel +++ A very nice stay en the hotel
the attending guy at the breakfast a bit rude :(
