Apartment was not prepared well enough and not everything was fair.
First of all, they have also cleaning fee (50 EUR) that is not included in Booking.com's price, and even paying it, you have to wash dishes and pull the trash on your own, otherwise you have to pay additional fee. And yes, this cleaning fee doesn't mean someone will clean your apartment every day, it's just for cleaning it after your stay.
There is also 20 EUR or 40 EUR late check-in fee, also not included in Booking's price. And you can't cancel your booking even in few hours after doing it and getting information about these additional fees in email (on Booking.com it's only written in small font in the bottom of description).
Also, there was even no soap in apartment nor shower gel or shampoo. I asked for at least soap in email, and I was told that I'll get it but aparently didn't not - not that day, not the next one.
Wi-Fi strength was awful and was periodically disappearing, felt like router is located outside the apartment, until I found additional router behind the wardrobe and turned it on (but I found it only on the day before I was leaving).
Apartment did not match those modern fancy photos at all. It was also on the 4th floor.
Wall in the bedroom is made from unpainted bricks, and there were some small insects crawling on it - I didn't notice them on the first night since was too tired after the flight, but on the next night was hard to fall asleep because of those insects coming down onto the bed.
In general, you can find much better hotels with everyday cleaning and even a breakfast for the same summary price.
Good location, apartment was clean, internet speed was good (but only after own fixes, see below).
Personnel responded to my complaints about hidden fees and inability to cancel booking by reducing late check-in fee from 40 EUR to 20 EUR, which helped a bit.
