Hotel was ok. Staff were friendly. Room and hotel was very clean.

The entire theme of the hotel was just a bit avantguarde for my taste. There was no formal dining room, just the bar area, which I felt a bit strange?? The range of breakfast was extremely poor for a 4star hotel. And I would advise people not to opt for the breakfast option and go down the street to a cafe. The rooftop pool was a joke...it was way too small. The room while being expensive, felt a bit retro and cheap...felt like everything was out of Ikea. The worst thing was that the toilet was not secluded enough...it looked right on to the rest of the room. Not very private!

The design is nice the location is perfect as its near the shopping area the staff were so helpfull

We stayed on 9´th floor. Nice view over the city.

The coffe, coffe cup and milk situation. Often no coffe and milk redy. The staff was notcied but it took up to 10 min before they refiled. If the staff was a little more observant it did not have to be like that. Not that many guests.

Electric curtain is really great. No carpet in the room. Modern design and furnishing. Rather romantic lighting of the room.

Door handle of the balcony is removed!! You are not allowed to get fresh air as you wish, they say the room is aired by them once a day during cleaning!!!! (I improvised the door handle and solved this otherwise I would immediately check out!) The whole building is dressed with a steel cage by some genius architect so the nice view is annoyingly hindered. With the current prices, I would not prefer to stay in this hotel again.

Even though we a had a deluxe suite , the room was rather small

The room was nice and clean, very practical in terms of positioning of furniture in the room, excellent Wi-Fi, 5 minuts walk to La Rambla but based in kinda Turkish quarter :)

Couldn't open windows, shower door and shower rail was broken in the sauna, no robes to go to the sauna, furniture moving sounds every day down below our room - very annoying, competely unflexible reception staff at check-out with regard to sorting out some payment issues.

This hotel is very modern and very comfortable with all the mod cons. Loved the shower facilitie and the bed was very comfy.

Sound really carries from floor above. The sound of stelleto heels drove me insane

The beds were fantastic; truly one big bed and no split down the middle! Loved the pillow selection too. Great to have iPod docking unit and TV hung up on a post angled position for viewing very good. Great to have the Nespresso unit. We could heat water for tea and it didn't come out tasting like stale coffee. We had a most amazing generous American breakfast from room service since we had slept through dinner the night before and woke up very early and so hungry! prompt delivery and really fresh high quality selections of breads, muffins, scrambled eggs and meats etc.

The room cleaning seemed cursory; e.g. they did not seem to pay attention to replenishment of toiletries one used like the ear buds. I had to request tea and coffee pods by end of day 2!

Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. We needed information about getting to the airport form the hotel and they assisted with information. The average taxi price from the hotel to the airport as provided was spot-on! Staff showed genuine interest in our trip to Spain.

Excellent location and very well designed contemporary features. Friendly staff and good facilities with free wifi.

- it was really cold in the room, especially at night; - the bath is old, plus I had difficulties with water adjustment in shower (I had choice only between hot and hotter water);

Hotel fitting Barcelona. Round shape, colored LED lighting in room (not tacky), rooftop view, Nespresso in room. Close to the currently #1 rated restaurant in Barcelona (TripAdvisor).

The service in this hotel is very poor compare to its rating as 4 star hotel.

Very nice design

The location of the hotel. We didn't feel safe to walk out of the hotel at night. Luckily there was a taxi stop in front of the hotel. The other thing we didn't like is the bathroom in the room with poor ventilation !!

Very pretty and stylish hotel. There was a problem with the airconditioning in my room, the friendly and very helpful English speaking staff immediately moved me to another room and offered free room service as compensation!

only parking option is public and very expensive. Raval district has unsavory atmosphere at night time.

The hotel has a very nice design with a lot of special things. It offers on a good location a very nice room with opened bathroom and pink lightning. Really nice is the view from the roof over Barcelona especially during sunset.

When you look on details you see that some of the furniture is already used and not in the best condition anymore. I travelled with a friend and it looked like we were not accepted from the security personal. They wanted to know our room number more than one and always looked at us, as we were not welcomed. But all in all a really nice hotel.
