Very bad smell around the hotel, guess because of nearby factory. Smoking neighbors - bad conditioning - smell was in the room also. Stay away from this hotel.

The hotel was easy to locate. The staff were pleasant and very freindly.

Most of the hotels I stayed at in Spain greeted you with details of the hotel and a tourist map of the local area or town. The hotel was a let down in this respect. I had to go into Zaragoza and purchase one.I picked a tourist map up and gave it to reception. It would pay the hotel to get in touch with the local tourist office for some maps, after all this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

The girl on reception when I paid my bill was really helpful, but the girl on the desk on arrival was average.

The food in the restaurant was not of the standard one would expect! It was very noisy because of the surrounding area. Not a peaceful sleep.

We had a non-smoking room, although we could smell some smoke perhaps from a previous customer who had ignored the no smoking status.

Hotel was in a light industrial/business part of town which was easy to park.

The roundabout nearby was under construction which made the direction to the hotel from google more difficult to find. The exit given was incorrect.

L'hotel è dotato di camere arredate in modo moderno e di buona qualità.

La posizione dell'hotel è penalizzante, nel centro di un enorme area logistica.

Ubicación en una zona de empresas de transporte, baño habitación (nos asignaron una habitación para minusválidos que cuando te duchabas se inundaba todo), precio excesivo, detalles no acordes con las 4 estrellas del hotel, personal no demasiado atento.
