Very friendly host and her daughter. Clean. Quiet. No breakfast on premises altho Booking.com indicated there was. It bit of an uphill hike for our group. Not close to parking.

Situation au coeur de la ville Petite chambre donnant sur un patio intérieur, une fenêtre laissant passer une faible lumière, équipement désuet, personnel sympathique mais pas très compétent, finalement cher pour un hotel qui ne mérite pas ses trois étoiles

Está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Arcos de la Frontera. Los dueños muy amables. La habitación y el baño dan solo al patio interior. No hay ventilación natural. No se indicaba en la descripción del hotel/habitación.

Trato al cliente pesimo, la verdad no se de donde se sacaron las tres estrellas parece un hostal de carretera, habia cojines que estaban manchados y cuidado manchamos de tinta sin querer la corcha y nos hicieron pagar un suplemento sin enseñarnos a donde venia escrito que habia que pagar la limpieza he estado en más hoteles y sé que si se rompe algo hay que pagarlo pero una mancha...en fin lo peor fue cuando la dueña dijo estas palabras textuales " tu madre lava la corcha todos los dias ? parace ser que solo lavan las corchas cuando alguien la mancha y claro está cobrando un suplemento de 10€ y no nos dieron ni factura...resumiendo puedo decir muchas más cosas pero me extenderia demasiado, no os recomiendo este hotel, he estado en hoteles de 3 estrellas y les dan mil vueltas a este.

Gran punto de partida para visitar la ciudad. Al estar a mitad del pueblo fue fácil cuadrarnos un paseo al rededor de la cuidad sin tener que pasar dos veces por los mismos lugares. Personal amable y agradable. Decoración clásica Andaluza. Muy limpio. Por ser crítico, pediría un poco más de aislamiento acústico (no resulto incómodo hasta pasadas las 9:30h). Desayuno algo caro para la poca variedad con la que cuenta, aunque el precio es similar ó superior en el pueblo. Muy recomendable.

Está muy céntrico. La habitación está muy bien, el tamaño ideal y limpia. Nos quedamos aquí para empezar la ruta de Los Pueblos Blancos. Y el señor de recepción nos recomendó los mejores pueblos, y acertó. Si visitas Andalucía no puedes perderte está ruta. El pueblo en el que arranca la ruta es Arcos de La Frontera, y el hotel Real de Veas, es una buena opción para descansar antes de empezarla. El colchón estaba un poco falto de renovación.
