The atmosphere was great

Not very good entertainment

deco , heated pool, food , free bus, everything about the hotel

Shop was not open long enough. maid need to spray for mosquitoes in every room as there was a lot in room

The service and staff were very good and the room was kept very clean. Great swimming pool and quite close to main shopping via free mini bus or taxi. Relaxing and quiet. Pool was clean and food was first class. Free sunbeds and towels for pool.

Can get a bit windy as location was in the mountains. Check in time was 5.00pm and check out was 10.00am. However we got access to our room by 2.00pm and had to leave by 9.30 am to get flights, so not effected by these times. Others not so lucky!!!

We travelled as family of 4, 2 adults, 9 yr old and 3 yr old. Our apartment only had 1 double bed and single sofa bed in lounge. Not really accommodating. Infinity pool overlooked a construction site.

The Regency Country Club is a nice place to stay with either friends or family.The staff are lovely and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great (and so it should be for 12euros!)Plenty for kids to do but nothing too noisy to disturb guests without kids.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent as I wish. I stayed few nights in Playa de las Americas and few nights here. I enjoyed the quiet and peaceful environment here after spending few nights at Playa de las Americas where it is really a centric area for tourists. Hang out at the pool was so nice and comfortable. Rooms are also well equipped so that there is no problem to cook for yourself at all. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The wifi connection is really bad inside room. I have to stayed in the lobby area to check mails and so. Luckily, the lobby area is very comfortable.

The complex was amazing. So beautiful.

The daytime food menu was quite poor unless you like eating burgers, chips, pasta and pizzas whilst in Spain. I would have liked to see some more Spanish/Mediterranean food on the menu. Although there is a restaurant just up the road it would be nice to have this option poolside.

Excellent pool and kids pool. Lovely room and balcony. Very clean. Lovely staff.

A little far out but we hired a car so this wasn't too much of an issue.

The accommodation was spacious, with generous facilities.

Great staff. Very energetic and efficient. There are several activities to keep kids busy. Child care is excellently managed by Ali. Big pool and separate small pool for children. No need to carry kids stuff for pool. Cottages are well equipped.

Would be better to have more choices of vegetarian stuff like baked potatoes or vegetables for breakfast. There should be no extra charges for usage of locker in room. This should be built in room price.

staff all over thye place was great; nice quiet place far away from awfull tourist hurdes . good golf in the area and great climate of course. food was simple but ok.

personaly not a fan of would be artists trying to sing when i am having diner but you don't have to eat at the hotel....

Expensive food on site

This is a great place but you need a car. Very comfortable and spacious suites. Our unit, 505, was well appointed and had a nice view of the pool area. The staff is oustanding as all the front desk people were most helpful. A very good place to stay if you want to be a 5 minute drive away from the sheer madness of Los Cristianos.

The view from the resort is marginalized by the abandoned, unfinished hospital and crane just below the property. A result of Spain's economic issues. The bathroom is spacious and well appointed but the shower is so small that it is difficult to just turn around. Why does a hotel of this caliber charge 2 euros a day for the use of its room safe? Rather stupid and petty....

The bed, very unconfortable...

It had everything you needed in the apartments, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Was very relaxing just sad we were only there for 4 days. With regards to the following question, I wouldn't recommend Playa de las Americas as far to commercial but this hotel is on the outskirts which is what makes it special and so nice.

Bed was rather hard so not good for my back but that's a personal preference. Cleaners wanted to come in to early, although I know they have a lot to do in limited time, and thought check out time was far to early. Did think that the bar closing at midnight was rather early for a holiday resort.

Nice pool, heated in winter, comfortable apartments, helpful staff.

Far away from the sea, you need a car. Bad signal for internet att apartments.

Hotel altitude few 230 meters above sea level and 5km from sea,mostly cloudy there in January Expensive Food,Snacks and Drinks.

The hotel really need some renovation it´wordown!!!

The staff were very efficient & helpful especially zoltan he made us feel special.the apartment was spacious ,quiet and comfortable with a good design & excellent furniture and great crockery etc beautiful sunsets from our balcony .the spa was luxurious.

The only fault was the bed ,quite hard as were the pillows. Its difficult to understand with such a great design and fittings to short change on the bed and pillows.

Amazing hotel good for family and safe for kids but still felt like an adult treat very well balanced and relaxed staff were amazing no complaints at all.

The third apartment we used was excellent

Our first two apartments were horible and were extremely small. Clients should be advised of this and the cost per unit should be charged accordingly.

The resort is lovely with calming buddah statues but we were disappointed with the view from our balcony.

It was not nice to see building work with crane towering so we never used our balcony for eating & relaxing on sun beds. The price we paid is high for no view.

Loved the hotel - design and facilities superb and very clean. On the downside - very quiet - needed to enter Player de la Americas or the Tree House Pub up the road for entertainment. Apartments very well equipped and again clean and spacious. Stayed over the new year period so some of the staff were not regular (possibly from other Regency Hotels. The permanant staff were lovely - very hospitable.

One very rude woman working on New Years day in the restaurant. The only negative point which was a shame. Other than that we would certainly choose to stay here again. The pictures on the website are a very true reflection of what you get when you are there. Beautiful complex and very well maintained.

The staff is wonderful, polite, helpful. Our family of five (kids aged 14,12, 8) loved the pool which is kept at a very nice temperature, the minigolf, the chess and pingpong! It is a very quiet, relaxing place. We enjoyed being away from the crazy seaside atmosphere and are just a 5 minute drive by car if you want to go there. There is a simple fitness area and sauna for adults. We ate most of our meals on site using the well-equiped kitchen in our apartment. Do the Roque Del Conde hike just 5 minutes up the mountain from Arona - lovely.

The wi-fi is not strong enough to get a constant signal in the rooms (it was hit or miss), but excellent in the lobby and sometimes pool-side.
