central location near metro
Area, smell of the hotel and is clean.
The staff at the check in balie; At the check in 2 staff was arguring about rooms with each other infront of me and it seems not friendly at all. The bed make noices, the curtains don't close full/don't cover the window,
Great Location!! The first night, instead of a double bed, they gave us two twins beds which does not work. The guests in the other room were very loud. After we mentioned this to the staff they proceeded to change us from the room to a much better room!
Thin walls. If other guests are loud you will not be able to sleep at all.
food at the restaurant could have been a bit cheaper.
The location is excellent. Wouldnt stay again if the location wasnt that good. Staff are friendly and helping.
Noisy; you can hear the street noise even when in the 9th floor !!. Old floor in the room and looks ugly. Bit small room but was OK for me.The water pressure of the shower is low.
Area noisy at night
Room too small Was not 100% clean Guy at the reception extremely unpolite Extremely noisy, no sound isolation at all... I could hear the neighbors talking and visiting the WC like we were staying together.
The location of the hotel and the balcony.
The bathroom had some spots in the tiles (not dirty but poor sealing between tiles)
Excellent location; very helpful & polite staff; value for money.
The single room is really small with window facing to the yard/backstreet of other buildings, basically can't be opened even I wanted some fresh air.
Excellent location. Best location to stay in Madrid the young receptionist, Jesus, was very helpful welcome champagne was nice heating in the room was good
The hotel feels like its old the wooden floors always squeak the bed was not comfortable with small pillows it seems there is no young person working in the hotel elevator makes noise and shakes abit
Location was great. Website Photographer - congrats on making the place look better than reality.
Rude staff - recoiled in horror when I wanted a double bed over the twin they gave my same-sex partner and I. The bedroom and bathroom were tiny - nothing like the photos. No free wifi stated in booking.com details. Prison yard view of the back of the hotel. Never again.
Location and connectivity from the hotel is excellent.
La cama m
Booking says theres free wifi at hotel, but you have to pay 10 euros 24 hours. Some stuff at reception was wery rude and not helpfull at all.
Location Breakfast very good
No ready available Wifi Hotel was a bit to hot
it is best location Gran Via Str and very easy to reach Puerto De Sol. All Shops and restaurants nearby
I know, they hv made discount to their prices . But, Room is not same quality with others and options are only looking back side Street and Breakfast must be included to their price
the location, free wi fi, the quitness, the room.
The staff and the breakfast. But globally is very good
The location is more than perfect, reception stuff is great. Wifi is strong. And we did late checkout for 15 euros which is great. Room is ok but not wait much.
When we were there the heating wasnt working so the room was cold for 4 night but not very cold and saw some womans hair in the floor but i can not say its a dirty room. And about bed comfort its not comfortable. Pillows are very thin. Hotel located on very noisy street(gran via) . But windows are thick so there is no problem for street noise.
Wifi was not free, in spite of what was promised on Booking.com; The gym was also against charge (6 euro) and only open at strange times (not before 10 am) Breakfast was 13 euro. A much cheaper option is the bar across the road.
Location is good.
Wifi isn't free and costs 10 euro for 24 hours which is very expensive. Staff aren't helpful at all, everything seemed like a problem from start to finish. Bed is also very hard and rooms are small.
the room was pretty big
Location, room, staff
Breakfast place is too small. Breakfast is served too late
The smell of the curtain inside my room
A visitor to Madrid could not ask for a hotel better located or better priced.
Great location, close proximity to everything.
Only negative was the failure of booking our taxi to the airport, forcing us to have to run to the main road to catch a taxi. We made the request in the morning and were disappointed to discover on the evening it had not happened.
