the rooms are very comfortable, the staff very friendly & efficient the area is built up but it is centrally located , near to shops bars the beach.

my only comment would be the rooms would benifit from having more mirrors

We really liked the location, quality of the rooms and the covered heated swimming pool.

The details on Booking.com stated the rooms are sound proof. They are not! We could hear most of our neighbours along the corridor on the 4th floor.

Great room lovely staff good value. Breakfast superb. Swimming pool on roof fantastic especially in wlnter.

local people do not know where you are.! We asked several mosdt of them gave us instructions in order to get rid of us We asked a person outside the Correus She told us it was out on the way to Reus.!

Very nice hotel, stayed in the superior room which met and exceeded my expectations

Room service menu very basic and spa pool is only open for a few months of the year, Only little items, very well looked after at this hotel.

The location was excellent, just an easy 5-6 minute level walk to the promenade, harbour and beaches, but far enough away to be very quiet at night. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, bathroom and shower all good. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of cereals, bread, fruit, meat, cheese etc. There were a number of very good restaurants within walking distance. The secure underground car park was located an easy 3 minute walk from the hotel's front door. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Pool was really cold the twice that I tried to use it.

Price was ok.

Spa not worth it. Rooms are ок. First got into smoking room, but changed in 1 night. Very loud! You can hear every door closing or water running on the floor and upper level. The street was smelling, so you couldn't stay on the balcony much.

Professional friendly approach. Good arrangements for car parking.

TV was mainly Catalunya with only one channel in english- BBC World - but this had poor signal and was inaudible.

I feel the value for money for the room and general calibre of the hotel was overrated - 4 stars. It feels a bit 'tired' and dated which is certainly not depicted in the photos. So we were rather surprised on arrival in the reception area. The room was very basic. The location is fantastic - very accessible to beach, restaurants, shops, bus routes! The staff were amazing - so helpful & friendly. The cleanliness of the room was tops too.....well done to all the staff and thank you. The pool area is lovely - good for a morning swim or a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. Overall, I think its slightly over priced. But the all the positive points made up for a lovely long weekend break. I would recommend Salou and its surrounding towns for singletons, couples and families. Loads to do and see and Barcelona is only an hour and a half away on the bus. Great atmosphere and fabulous food that hasn't become too 'touristy'. Prices are very reasonable on food & drink. Certainly will be going back!

Regente Aragon is very comfortable hotel.

Reception Staff were very friendly, and the room cleaners were good too (We've marked the Hotel Staff as Good because of this). The swiming pool on top of the hotel was handy and clean. The hotel is only about 4-5 minutes walk from the beach and is quite central.

I wouldn't consider the hotel as 4* but more as 3*, the room was quite small, layers of furniture were peeling on table, wardrobe and drawers. Tv had only 1 english boring channel, the rest was in spanish. We went for one dinner in the hotel and the service was a disaster. We asked for butter several times (and even in Spanish) and never recieved it, got Sangria without the fruit, got main course while we were still eating the starter... The food was nice, but the experience with the waitresses slightly ruined the night (2 of them for about 8 occupied tables with a table capacity for at least double or more); one of the waitresses was disinterested and poor while the other waitress was better but couldn't cope particularly with the lack of quality service from her colleague. I would feel sorry for guests who had booked with dinner included on all nights as the service is bad and needs improvement.

very good hotel for this money - close to the sea from one side, and train station from another. Tasty breakfast, but the same from day to day. Very good staff! Helpful & friendly! gave us towels and opportunity to take a shower half-day later after check-out.

Poor internet connection in the rooms.

Travelling with 4 families with young children was made easy with our stay as was convenient for the park, shopping and beach and staff were very helpful.

Rien ... Tout était parfait

L'espace dans la chambre, la salle de bain, le lit king size, la piscine chauffée. Proche de Port Aventura.

Difficile de se garer autour de l'hôtel (parkings payants). L'accès a la piscine sur le toit se fait par le hall suivant la chambre ou l'on se trouve.

El personal muy atento en todo, las habitaciones confortables, muy cerca de la playa, del paseo y del centro del pueblo donde se pueden hacer compras. En general muy bien todo!

El cobro por adelantado antes de llegar ni siquiera a la habitación. El mueble bar que estaba vacío. Los muebles de la habitación, no tiene sitio para guardar nada, la mesilla un desastre, sin cajón ni nada.

La habitació superior, es totalmente recomendable. Es la segunda vez que vamos por nuestro aniversario y siempre nos obsequian con algun detalle por cortesia del hotel.

Que no tengan parking gratuito para clientes, sobre todo en épocas veraniegas que cuesta encontrar aparcamiento en la calle.

Het is moeilijk om het hotel te vinden. Ook in het hotel is alles lastig te vinden. De auto kon in een dure parkeergarage.
