The appartment was really at arms length from the beach. The Apartment (2-4 Adults) we booked was about 1 km away from the lobby and we had to walk with all our luggage as no transfer or assistance was offered. Moreover hotel facilitites remained unreachable. Description of the appartment and its photoes did not reflect the real condition (facilities unavailable or diifferent from those described, e.g. a privat pool is not privat at all as all the whole block was enjoying it). Hotel reception unfriendly and unhelpful.

Lovely hotel, good location. Warm water in the top swimming pool; except maybe avoid 5th floor due to the strong chlorine smell from the swimming pool. We should have changed room but could not face the hassle. All in all, not bad.And free parking on the road. No need to pay for private parking off season.

the rooms at the front of the hotel are fine, but i have this time experienced the rooms at the back of the hotel, they are amazing, massive bed good size room , wonderful bathroom/shower/jacuzzi bath. worth the extra. we all loved the roof top pool and sunbathing area.

Hotel was clean. Most of the staff were nice. Hot tub was not in use, bathrobes were not provided and room was very cramped, especially for a "superior" room. More 3 star than 4, sorry.

Location next to the beach Very bad room with a lot of noise from the front door(taxi, people, cars) connected to the elevator on the first floor. People chatting all evening and night on the hallway. The pictures look a lot different on the website and the whole idea is to book cheap and when you arrive you just want to upgrade and this is promoted everywhere. I think this is just a waste of money and rather go to the h10 for a little more.

Good location in the nicer part of Salou, with good access to the local beaches and restaurants. The roof terrace and pool were very quiet despite the hotel being full which was very nice. The standard room was in need of an upgrade and would benefit from more comfortable beds and sofa bed.

Location was superb,hotel spotless,reception staff most professional and friendly at all times. Room was nicely presented. Good spa facilities. Bikes available for hotel guests. I booked an "execctive double/twin room" on Booking.com, on arrival I was told this meant one large bed in the room and not two beds as I understand the term 'twin'. A solution using a sofa bed was ageed upon but be careful what you book.

We stayed at the apartments Las Palmas-7 (not in the main hotel) just 50 meters from seaside with good sea view from the terrace. The hotel manager forgot to send the technician to the apartments for check out. And there is still no deposit return to my visa card after 1 day after check out.

Hotel is well situated being about 5 mins walk from both the station and beach, just down a quiet side street. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel lacks sound insulation. Although in a quiet neighbourhood it was easy to hear doors opening, plumbing, conversations in the corridor etc.

The convenience of the location of the hotel to the beach/waterfront, shopping, and train station. That there was no capability of computers and printers to print airlines boarding passes. I would have love to be able to get ice.

very relaxing. Close to beach. Offered a massage in my room which i availed off and really enjoyed it. A swimming pool on the top floor which was lovely for a dip and had loungers to relax and sunbath. Very good value. Booked a triple room which had a double and a single bed. A bit cramped but good value for money. Would definitely go back. very quiet time of year so the dinnr menu was a bit limited but food was good

La piscine couverte sur les toits, l'amabilité du personnel qui cherche à rendre service, le confort, la propreté et la bonne isolation phonique de la chambre, le petit déj copieux, varié dans un cadre agréable et enfin le parking sécurisé au fond de la rue. Je recommanderai sans hésiter cet hotel, d'autant plus qu'un arrêt de bus pour port aventura se situe à 3 mm à pied de l'hotel pour 1.80 l'alleR et par personne. De plus si je retourne à Salou, je sais où je reserverai : à l'hotel regente aragon ! Que les vacances ne durent pas plus longtemps !!!!

“The hotel was great! We got great service, the staff was awesome, and although there were a lot of families staying at the hotel it did not bother us much. The rooms were great, we got both a road side view - first nights, and a pool side view - the last days. The pool side was clearly better for us since the other side had a sharing door with another room, a family, that got up early. The breakfast was excellent and the night time shows were very good!
