Everything it was amazing hotel

Comfortable beds, good shower, friendly helpful staff, great location.

Air conditioning didn't work, could not open windows due to outside noise of generators.

Room first shown was too hot. Windows opened onto dark courtyard with huge pipes which could be from kitchens judging by smell. Air con not working and when I told male receptionist he was very brusque, telling me that as it was winter (24 degrees when we were there) it wasn't yet turned on! Thankfully lovely female receptionist next day, moved me to room on front of hotel with opening doors onto balcony. Also, refurbishment taking place meant friends I travelled with were woken very early in morning by banging etc.

I like the central location and the conveinence of the Metro. The Metro is right outside the door. Shops and restaurants everywhere. A modern and clean hotel. Attentive bellman. WIFI included

Smaller room than expected. Only one English speaking channel. No option on TV for English closed caption. Window view was an alley and building.

Hotel is situated in perfect location for city trip. 2 minutes walk to Plaza del Sol. Really stylish and clen. Towells, cosmetics and bed covers were changed every day. Really nice staff. Mini bar in the room. Hairdryier in the room. Safe close by your credit card. Would stay again for that value of money, which we found.

Room was very small and there was no view from the window, because u see other apartments, what makes room very dark.

For a three night stay they located us in a small hot room with windows over the kitchen, openning a window meant having all the smell and fumes.

Nice hotel in superb location

The hotel is very central, right in front of the Sevilla Metro station stop. The street leads to Plaza Sant' Ana on one side, and to Plaza del Sol on the other. It is surrounded by coffee shops. Very easy to find. Very clean facilities & made our stay very comfortable. When visiting Madrid in the future, will definitely book our stay at this hotel.

Not all the staff was able to communicate in English, though we managed to understand each other anyways. Our room was quite dark as it was on the second floor, so we couldn't figure out what the weather was like before going to the reception.

Clean. Perfect location - easy walking access to all main city areas - locality feels very safe. Nice place for breakfast across street if you don't want hotel breakfast. Tapas bars round corner. Quiet (for Madrid city centre). Right beside Metro station. It's in Madrid - what a fabulous city!

Room didn't have a street view of fantastic location (though that meant it was quiet and as outside all day doesn't matter)

The rooms were clean, large and tastefully decorated. The bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was excellant and the staff were friendly and helpful. Position is fantastic everything was within wailking distance in the centre.

Tha bar was poor and short staffed. Lack of written information about what was on in the hotel and locally.

Stayed here many times now and the superior rooms are great value in the middle of Madrid. Great hotel and great city and very helpful staff. I travel a lot and this might be the best value for a hotel I ve stayed for a long time.

Air conditioner did it work for cold

I've loved the design of the room. The hotel is ideally located in the very center of Madrid. It's as well nearby a underground station.

The maid threw out my shopping bag which had chocolates and my book and reception did little to resolve this so the rest of my trip I had no reading material. Room was quite dark with just a small frosted window

Superb location...walking distance to so many places of interest. The rooms were very clean and although we had no view from the window it was quiet at night..My sister and I will definately stay there again.

Relaxed, Elegant, efficient/friendly staff. A hotel where you feel at ease and is easily accessible to the vibrant atmosphere of Madrid.

The hotel has a fabulous, central location. The rooms are quite attractive -- we had a loft room with its own private balcony. The price that one pays for what one gets is fantastic. The hotel is clean, comfortable, has pleasant staff, a nice restaurant, and provides access to everything one wants to do in Madrid.

Our telephone never worked, and although they said they would fix it, they didn'T. A minor inconvenience.
