worse experience! hard slamming doors every morning! i heard at least 20 between 8am-10am for 3 days! and my room is right above the kitchen, the strong smell of grease is disgusting!

The location was superb, right by a metro, very near to all the attractions. Very, very convenient. Room was adequate and very quiet. Clean and functional. Very good for a short stay.

The best thing about the Regina is that it is centrally located. All of the major attractions are within walking distance. Aiport is nearby as well as the train station. Lobby of hotel is very nice and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful although there was one staff member that was a bit rude and impatient with me when I questioned my bill.

My single room was a bit cramped. There was hardly any room to move around.

Excellent location very near Puerta del Sol.Starbucks and restaurants right next door.

The interior design of the room was poor. Key cards didn't work - we had to reload them many times. Cleaners forgot to leave us clean towels in twice (we stayed three days).
