Good location and good parking at the hotel. Close to the sea and a little walk to the old town center
location quiet but central and near the beach, clean room, friendly staff, great bed
Good option with parking, good bus connection to the city center, close to the beach
A bit far from the city center, a little expensive
Short walk to beach, restaurants, bus stop right out front. Building set back from busy road - almost no traffic noise.
very poor breakfast no bike service
Close to the beach
Information on booking is not correct, to stay 2 + 2 child impossible. Staff was rood. Far from the center. In general, Cadiz was not that beautiful as other sea cities! And the arquitecture was not that impressive as on photos!((
Very close to the beach and an easy bus ride to the old city. Nice having a mini-fridge.
The air conditioning did not work at all. When we inquired we were told it would work only in the afternoon and evening, we had encountered this earlier in Spain so we accepted that. But it never did work at all. Staff acted as if they did not believe us. Information on the cost of using a phone card is incomplete. Ask before you place that call.
Wonderful hotel! Clean and calm. Very close to the sea. WiFi works perfect.
Location is very far from the city center!! It's not a problem with a bus - about 5 minutes, but if you like to walk a lot at night, going to parties anjoying the night life - to go back you have to take a taxi! The beach near the hotel is awfull! The best beach is situated in the city center. Very few restaurants near, just morning cafes. There is not night life in this part near the hotel, you have to go to the center!
The location was OK (nice even - just a stone's throw from the beach) and it was not an expensive hotel. Generally quite clean and well appointed
a) Quite a boring hotel. Little atmosphere. b) Before you get the lift you have to climb up some stairs (a pain if you have a heavy suitcase) c) Mini-bar was empty and there was no food available out of hours at the hotel. d) They forgot to clean my room on one of the days I was there e) The old bit of Cadiz is much nicer than the 'new bit' where this hotel was situated
The reception staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Also the room was clean and was kept very clean on a daily basis. It was only a 5 min walk from a 5km stretch of beach which was full of activities.
Although it was close to the beach it was a 20-25 min walk from the old town. The room had a double bed but was really only big enough for a single and the only view was of the car park. There was a mini bar fridge in the rom but it was empty. Having to pay for parking in their own car park.
close to the city center, clean
TV channels - a few Spanish channels only, dark room due to wall painting and furniture
the free mini bar in room was empty and it didnt work
breakfast very bad
Everything! Staff - welcoming and helpful. Lovely room. Great location - away from the noise. Wonderful walk along the seafront into town. Very close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars along the seafront.
No shower curtain!
Helpfulness of reception staff
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to find. Parking on site. Close to the beach. Lots of buses. Cafes and bars nearby.
If you don't like walking, a bus is necessary to reach city centre.
Cleanliness; Location; Friendly staff.
Seldom, nowadays, are hotel staff ever thanked and recognized by their employer for the excellent service that they provide their guests. The entire staff at Regio 2, it is hoped will be recognized and thanked for the excellent job that they carry out. Again, I sincerely thank the Regio 2 staff-each and everyone- for the warm professional service that they provided during my stay in Cadiz.. The hotel was an absolute surprise. I found that its location was good for my needs and wants. Sincerely, Neil Shandro Vancouver, BC Canada
