Manageable walking distance to historic portion 15 min. Parking is reasonable in a lot 100m away.leave car as with Seville, cordoba etc, using the car in this city not worth the time or effort. The surroundings of the hotel are what you see in any town the old Cadiz is charming.Hotel therefore fair $ value no more no less Confusing billing re- parking You pay up front for room Then separate for parking at end

The gentleman at the front desk during the day, we think his name was Juan Diego, was incredibly kind, informed and helpful. We really enjoyed talking with him, and think he is a great asset to the hotel. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The art on the walls in the hotel, was original and interesting.

My husband and I chose to honeymoon in Cadiz after being unable to get to Morocco. It was Semana Santa and we were left with little hotel selection for our last minute booking. We very happily stayed in Hotel Regio. The hotel/room was very clean, facilities and room were adequate especially for a city hotel. The hotel's car parking facility was very close by and reasonably priced. Our highest commendation must go to the housekeeping and reception staff, especially Juan Diego whose customer service, support, advice and friendliness were impeccable. Thank you for recommending the Tapas bar '28' across the road from the hotel, fantastic experience!

Friendly staff. Excellent bathroom. I had a little balcony. I could hear my neighbours' tv at times, though they may have had it turned up loud.

I stayed four nights at the Regio in a room that included breakfast for an extra charge. Every morning I went to breakfast there were never any eggs, even though eggs are on the menu.

Decent and clean rooms, very friendly and capable hotel staff. you need to walk 15 minutes to reach the old town but it could be a nice walk if you walk by the sea.

We liked the fact that our daughters host family from her language program was minutes from the hotel. The staff at the Regio was very helpful and friendly and our room was very clean . The hotel was centrally located near the beach and the bus stop. The complementary breakfast was limited to coffee, tea, fresh squeezed OJ, and toast or croissant. Over all we would stay there again.

A comfortable mid-price hotel in a convenient location on the main shopping street in Cadiz yet just a short walk from the wonderful beach at Playa Victoria. Frequent and cheap buses run to the Old Town centre from close to the Hotel.
