Manageable walking distance to historic portion 15 min. Parking is reasonable in a lot 100m away.leave car as with Seville, cordoba etc, using the car in this city not worth the time or effort. The surroundings of the hotel are what you see in any town the old Cadiz is charming.Hotel therefore fair $ value no more no less Confusing billing re- parking You pay up front for room Then separate for parking at end

Decent and clean rooms, very friendly and capable hotel staff. you need to walk 15 minutes to reach the old town but it could be a nice walk if you walk by the sea.

Regio is centrally located at walking distance from the beach and near a bus stop to the historic center. The room is spacious and has a balcony. The hotel is very noisy. The airconditioning makes too much noise to use, but without it, the room is rather hot. You can hear the airconditioning in the adjoining rooms rather well. Moreover, the sound of the elevator beep when it arrives is rather loud.

The staff and facilities were excellent. It was quiet and comfortable. Despite being an excellent hotel, it was further from the old town than we would have liked and next time we would certainly stay in the old town. But there were plenty of buses!

Friendly stuff. Spacious clean rooms. Located close to the beach. You could hear furniture being moved in other rooms at almost every hour of the day. Walls are thin. I had a neighbour who was practicing Flamenco dancing at 5 am.

We liked the fact that our daughters host family from her language program was minutes from the hotel. The staff at the Regio was very helpful and friendly and our room was very clean . The hotel was centrally located near the beach and the bus stop. The complementary breakfast was limited to coffee, tea, fresh squeezed OJ, and toast or croissant. Over all we would stay there again.

It is a short walk to the beach and reception spoke English. Very,Very noisy all night. I got no sleep at all at this hotel. Trafic very noisy...other hotel guests slamming doors all night. Walls are way too thin, you can hear next rooms TV all night and also their conversations. Had to walk at least 30 minutes to get to city center. Reception was not very friendly. I would never stay at this hotel again and I would never recommend anyone else to stay here. There are buget hotels that are way better than this one!

A comfortable mid-price hotel in a convenient location on the main shopping street in Cadiz yet just a short walk from the wonderful beach at Playa Victoria. Frequent and cheap buses run to the Old Town centre from close to the Hotel.
