Wonderful and helpful staff. Beach 2 mins away. Easy trip into the Old Town a short bus ride away. Same for train station. Excellent place to stay

Room did not have wine glasses and corkscrew (this is Spain and wine region!). We did get them by asking from reception but then they asked the corkscrew back on third day :)

Nice spacious and clean rooms with a balcony

Bit far from the centre. Hotel information included sound proofing with may relate to street noise. The sound insulation between rooms was terrible. You could hear everything in neighbouring rooms. The reception staff were ok but seemed as if they didn't like their jobs.

The staff were wonderful. The hotel was spotless. Breakfasts were very good.

No tea/coffee facilities in bedroom, or hotel after breakfast time.

The hotel is in the new part of town, but close to the historic center. It's very comfortable! Stuff were helpful and friendly and room was clean.

The staff were very professional. It was extremely clean and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom spotless. I enjoyed being out of the old city and close to the beach so that I could walk along the beautiful beach to the old city every day.

It's worth noting that it is about 20-30 minutes walk (or a much shorter bus ride) to the old city. Otherwise I have nothing negative to say about the Regio.

The breakfast buffet is a great value.

They spray chemical fragrances in the rooms, to which many people can be allergic. Not within walking distance of the old city (and they don't make that very clear in their promotional materials.)

With in easy reach of the old city. Close to the beach. Good value for money. Convenient parking.

the staff were very friendly & helpful and went out of their way to help us with a couple of issues. we didn't have breakfast there, to to reviews we read, but it actually looked nicer than what we'd been having!

i thought their room service times were a bit pointless. when I'm travelling this service gets used mostly in the evening when we've had a long day, so the midday cut-off was a bit dissapointing.

I arrived quite early in fhe day and I expected to have to wait, but they had a room ready and I was able to enter. I booked a single room and I got a bigger, twin room at no extra cost. It was light and bright and quiet. The room had a small enclosed double glazed balcony where I could hang my washed clothes to dry. All good.

Wifi works really bad

I was visiting Cadiz with friends to go to a concert. Regio provided everything we needed. The staff were helpful and ordered us a taxi to take us on the short trip to the concert venue. Parking was close and easy, which is rare for Cadiz. I had contacted the hotel in advance to check if my car would fit in the parking as it is very large and they confirmed that my car would fit, which it did. The room was clean and comfortable with a terrace. The Wifi code was offered to us on check in and worked fine.

Clean and functional for a city visit

Very difficult to pinpoint the hotel once we arrived in Cadiz. Much better signage required.

Unfortunately I am unable to say anything positive about this hotel. The decor is very out dated and tired. The mattresses on the beds v hard and uncomfortable. We were on a bb rate but declined breakfast after we saw what was on offer. Deffinately wouldn't stay again or reckomend to anyone!

Location was great. Next to the beach, in the middle off the city.

Nice rooms, BUT the soap was horrible and the other small amenities were just pathetic. It also was way too much money for what it was in the end. 110 euros a night in the south of Spain? Cadiz is an inexpensive city. Are you kidding me? And they couldn't find it in their budget to buy some decent soap and shampoo? I'm not exaggerating about the amenities and the breakfast. For this kind of money in Cadiz, they should have given out higher quality breakfast, coffee, and bathroom supplies.
