The hotel is handily placed in the centre of Teruel. The room was adequate but situated above a very noisy road and the air conditioning, if that was what it was, only produced warm air which was an issue because it was too noisy to open the window.

The hotel was in a fabulous position but the room was so noisy and the ac did not work. The breakfast was much too expensive for what you got and not value for money. The whole hotel seemed to be on skeleton staff ' in fact when you did see the bar man he was about 80!

Staff friendly, close to the centre for Teruel, nice evening meal, clean rooms. Breakfast not too good. No air conditioning and unable to open windows because rooms on the road side of the hotel very noisy due to traffic late at night and early in the morning.

Nice rooms. Central location. helpful staff. Poor food. Only a few peope in the restaurant. The worst food we had in any hotel in Spain. The menu seemed good but the result was awful.

El desayuno esta muy bien. Las camas son pésimas. Los colchones viejos y hundidos. El ruido del trafico, a mí en especial, no me dejò descansar. Y el parking muy caro. Debería ser mas barato o gratuito.

Lo único bueno la ubicación, prácticamente dentro del centro histórico. Imposible descansar por el ruido de la calle, personal frío, instalaciones algo viejas, limpieza lejos de ser perfecta...

Su perfecta ubicación para poder conocer un poco Teruel en poco tiempo No se si es casualidad o sucede siempre pero la habitación del hotel hacía mal olor. El recepcionista que nos recibió por la tarde muy antipático. Las recepcionistas de la mañana en cambio muy amables.

La Recepcionista que me atendió el día 9 de Agosto y me solucionó el problema de la habitación y del parking. Muy mal recibimiento por parte del Recepcionista que nos recibió el día 8 de Agosto con poca profesionalidad y amabilidad. Nos dió una habitación muy ruidosa en la que no pudimos dormir. No nos dió plaza de garage pero nos aconsejó que dejáramos el coche para bajar lar maletas en un lugar que estaba prohibido y en el que me pusieron una multa. No se puede depender de la mala actitud de un empleado para que la estancia en un Hotel y en una ciudad se haga desagradable.

Lo que no me ha gustado nada, pero nada, es que me dijeron que era accesible para minusvalidos y es absolutamente incorrecto, ya que la entrada de estos es por el garaje pero cual es mi sorpresa cuando al llegar el ascensor a recepcion tienen tres escalones que no se pueden bajar. El timbre del garaje no esta a la altura de una silla de ruedas sino mucho mas alto. Los aseos de recepcion son un peligro para cualquier persona, ya que al abrir la puerta, y como estan a oscuras te puedes romper cualquier hueso, ya que tienen dos super escalones que evidentemente no ves para nada.Los cuartos de baño de las habitaciones tienen una puerta tan pequeña que no cabria ni un carrito de niño. Bueno esta es mi experiencia con el hotel, espero que a vosotros os vaya mejor que a mi. Un saludo y acordaros abtenerse minusvalidos aunque te digan que es accesible

La ubicación, es muy centrico y hay un parking cómodo en frente. Interiormente está muy mal aislado y se escucha lo que pasa en el pasillo y en las habitaciones circundantes y en la de arriba. Las cortinas y las colchas están sucias y la habitación apestaba a tabaco.

Nada, aunque se salva la situacion. Cama de matrimonio pequeña (de 1,35), servicio minimo (hay que cerrar la puerta para usar el baño), el mobiliario en mal estado (la cama estaba destartalada), sigo ???????

La ubicacion y el personal de limpieza El minibar estaba condenado; se cobra el uso de wi fi con precios excesivos y poco logicos . las habitaciones que dan a la calle muy ruidosas, y el personal de recepción mejorable.
