Fantastic. It is not a luxurious place but it is a welcoming place and the owner and staff are most friendly and helpful. The buffet style breakfast is excellent. We sit around a large table which gives the opportunity to talk to other guests. The hotel seems a family-run business and has the style of a Canadian bed and breakfast place. The staff is always available and have time to assist you with any information on the hotel and the city. I highly recommend it. It is well centrally located but away from the madding crowd of tourists, souks etc. Hence it is divinely quiet

The hotel is almost in the very center of the city. The staff is very polite. They gave us a lot of info about the main places to visit, where to eat etc. The room and the bathroom both were very clean and looked quite modern. The bathroom was big. Nice towels. Free coffee in the basement. The Internet - very quick and free of charge. The sound proof of the rooms leaves much to be desired - early in the morning we could hear all neighbors' near you, and above you, and under you. Their bathroom doors banging, all their showers and toilet flushes. The double room was tiny - i'd say 7-8 sq meters. The bed was too narrow for two people, very far from the king size. And it shaked if one of us turned in his sleep. The only place one could charge its phone was in the bathroom.

The reception staff was excellent and provided information on the tourist sights, how to get to them by bus, and with really useful local knowledge. Everyone at the reception desk spoke good English and was willing to listen to our bad Spanish and always wanted to help us with our needs. They helped us with obtaining our tickets to the Alhambra and bus. There's free tea and coffee available at any time in a small comfortable lounge downstairs with free internet access in the rooms as well in the lounge. A free snack breakfast is offered early in the morning in the lounge. It is an easy walk into the center of Granada and several good restaurants are also in walking distance. Our room had a small minibar and several markets are nearby where you can buy drinks and snacks. The hotel is on a quiet side street and away from most traffic noise. There was a strange non-functional metal rod protruding from the wall in the bathroom next to the toilet that could cause an injury in our room. May have once been for the toilet tissue as there was no hanger available and the roll was left on the tank top.

The owner was so enthusiastic about both the hotel and his city. He was very helpful in suggesting places to visit. The hotel was within walking distance of everywhere although buses were available. The free breakfast in the salon, all day tea and coffee and free internet access were an added bonus A minor gripe - our towels were left completely untouched by the hotel staff for the entire five days (although the bathroom was cleaned daily) Clean dry towels would have been nice (but un-ecofriendly!)

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I bought tickets to see the Alhambra at the hotel, with his help. Hotel was very hard to find in the city. Stressful experience for us. It is down a very narrow one-way street that was blocked off. Once we got inside, hotel manager explained that we should tell the person blocking off the street that we are allowed to drive down it to stay at the hotel. Although we got free parking one night at the hotel, we had to pay 17 euros to leave the car there until that afternoon while we toured the Alhambra. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Cold coffee and one kind of muffin in a plastic wrap. Nothing else.

Feris, the owner was very helpful in helping us to plan the highlights to seeing during our stay in Grenada.. The hotel was with in walking distance of the bus to LaAlhambra and it was nice that they offered free access to a computer. We were very pleased, especially with the location and the warm, helpful service of the management. I would recommend that you email Feris to give you directions to the hotel if you are driving because he can give simpler directions, and it is a little difficult to find, although we were able to with the internet directions without too much trouble.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Granada. It was only a short walk to the stop for the tourist bus which took us everwhere we needed to go.Shops, bars and resturants are all close by. The parking is secure and a reasonable price and is situated opposite the hotel. The manager Firas was charming and really couldn't do enough for us, he was always happy to discuss places to visit and had a huge amount of local knowledge. The faulty shower in our room was fixed immediately and Firas was eager to hear our feedback so that he could improve the hotel and the services he was offering. The tiny cobbled road alongside the hotel was a little noisy at times, but during the night it was quiet . Breakfast is not served at the hotel, but Firas has provided a small lounge where delicious coffee is available and in the morning small pastries are provided free of charge. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and look forward to visiting Firas again next year. The bathroom was tiny, but for a short stay this was perfectly acceptable

Staff is very friendly! The owner, mrs. Firaz, told us about the best places to go (and they are a lot in Granada!), where to eat and drink and other good places to visit... Well, very good tips. The room is comfortable, with very nice pillows and bed. Silent rooms, impeccable cleanliness. Good bathroom. Very pleasant stay in this good value hotel.

The owner, Firas Atassi, and his front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We really felt they were glad to see us and gave us exceptional treatment. There was a computer available for checking email at no charge and coffee and tea available all day. The hotel was renovated just two years ago and it felt great there. Our room was quite small - we chose it for the very reasonable price. We spent little time in our room, so it wasn't a major impediment. If we were staying more than two days, a larger room would be better.

Reina Mora is an excellent small, friendly and comfortable hotel in a quiet little street at the city center. It is ideal for those who want all the basic comforts at a good price. Our room was very clean and spacious, with wooden furniture that created the atmosphere of a traditional andalusian country house. Our little balcony gave to a quiet narrow street right off one of the main avenues leading to the river. All the main attractions were within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and we had no problem communicating as they spoke english. As a matter of fact, it was the nice couple at the reception that made all the difference,as they helped us very much with a problem we had with a lost suitcase. It was like having friends supporting us away from home and we would like to thank them for that.If we ever visit Granada again,we most certainly will stay at the same hotel!
