Juan Miguel has an ideal setting in the center of Granada’s historic quarter, around a 15 minute walk from the famous Alhambra Palace. It offers free Wi-Fi access and a 24-hour front desk.

The breakfast was really nice with different choices, however the breakfast room is quite small and we had to share a big table with other guests who were not very friendly. Staff are helpful but sometimes we struggle when communicating to them in English.
The superior room was really tiny including the double bed as well. Travelling with a young child it was not the most ideal.
Very clean hotel. Secure hotel entry
We were let into the hotel by a staff member but had to wait 20 minutes for a receptionist to appear to book us in. The room was far too small for 2 people, approximately 8 square meters. Cramped with furniture, it appeared that a double bed had been put into a single room! The length of the bed fitted exactly the width of the room, limiting access to one side of the bed by making it impossible to get in/out of bed on that side. Very disappointing.
Nice location, friendly staff. Gave excellent advice for our short city visit. Cannot comment on kitchen facilities as we didn't eat there
Room was really small, but we literally only slept there. We were out all day and evening.
It’s a nice small hotel with pleasant rooms, comfortable beds and modern bathrooms with everything you need and sufficient size. And yes, the hotel is central located depending of the reason you are in Granada. If you are not very good on foot or come in the years like I the walk to the important touristic sites is quite far and can be cumbersome. The breakfast is actually very good for the price, but be aware, the common table (it’s actually a nice idea to meet travellers like yourself at meal time and have conversations) in the breakfast room has only nine seats. So, if more guests are eating at the same time you might find yourself on the sofa and have breakfast from at a low coffee table. Since the owner seems to be the man for everything – he is the receptionist and the handyman- that can cause some inconvenience as was my experience. One time the ceiling lights didn’t work, another time the Wi-Fi wasn’t functioning. It took two days to have the food rests removed the predecessors had left in the refrigerator. The worst part was to be locked out because the key card for the hotel entrance and the room malfunctioned. This is very annoying when you come back tired from walking the city, want to rest and have to wait for the owner to return from siesta or to be called at home in the evening . If such things don’t bother you by all means book in this hotel. The owner is really a very nice and polite guy and fixes everything.
Clean and nice hotel. Staff was very helpful. 5-10 mins walk to central area.
Bed wasnt comfortable.
All nice great hospitality from the owners
Extremely friendly staff, very helpful when arriving late and helping with tourism tips. Nice rooms. Tight parking available.
Keep in mind the "siesta" hours, as everywhere in Granada if you need something. No big problem though.
Es pequeño y confortable, el trato es excelente
Falla un poco el wifi en el 2 piso
A little noisy
Location Room Garage Parking in centre of Granada Had a problem with my car and the hotel manager arranged for the repair, which was carried out within the hour
Breakfast room small and breakfast could be better
The hotel is surprisingly a 2 stars but its quality is much higher. I got a beautiful double room with a lovely small terrace, ideal for relaxing under the sun. The hotel is in the city centre of Granada but it is located in a very quiet lane which guarantees an excellent sleep. The hotel is extremely clean, the stuff (owners) is kind, efficient and helpful. The room was newly refurbished and the bed very comfortable. I am not a budget traveller, I choose this hotel for logistics but I found an excellent standard at very good price. My next time in Granda will be again at the Hotel Boutique Reina Mora.
Friendly staff, good location, hearthy breakfast. There is parking too.
This hotel has a good location. Unlimited wifi is included on any booking.
The price is quite high for this kind of hotel. Interior looks older than photos. The room was smelly in the first day. There is no convenient lobby available at the entrance. People look nice but unfortunately I had a situation and based on their word asked for a help but they denied what they had told me in the first place. I lived for 5 nights in a double room (single user) and the room hardly has 3 cubic meter useful space. No desk is provided. The floor is made of marble stone but no slipper/thong is provided. There is just one iron available to all the rooms and you have to borrow it from the reception.
Nice modern place with fresh renovation. Good service, nice polite staff people. Absolutely recommending
Noisy(((, but it's everywere in Spain
Nice and helpful stuff. Close to the center. Nice decorated small butique hotel.
Rooms on a street side are noisy. Not too much space in the rooms.
Being on ground floor bedroom.
The maintenance of the room and toilet was poor ,the flushing water tank was broken, although we alert the reception nothing was done for two days. The electric wiring was on the ground several time you had to slam the door to lock it.
Localizatio and bed commfort. Very kind owners
No front desk 24 hrs. Be adviced to arrive on time or contact them in advance
clean room with great bed and shower really friendly staff rooms on 4th floor have a balcony
reception is closed between 15 and 17 o'clock, so make sure you adjust your plans accordingly!
I liked the location
There was a constant background noise from the aircon. At the beginning I thought it was just in my room but later found out that it was throughout the hotel. It took me a while to get to sleep.....
Position of Hotel and helpfulness of owner plus the parking facility. In my opinion the whole ambiance of the Hotel was suited to it's position. Much rather use hotels like this than the bigger ones.
The Mini bar empty and just a fridge!! although I accidentally left it stocked with beer to the next persons delight and surprise I should imagine. The room was advertised on line as having coffee making facilities in room but there wasn't. These are only minor negatives and I would certainly use this hotel again and indeed have already advised some friends to use when they visit Granada soon.
Location was excellent with a carpark which is hard to find in Granada in a city. Staff were very helpful and gracious. Breakfast was also well presented with a variety of food.
Wi Fi did not work at all. Our room was too small for three people and we had difficulty moving around - was really only suitable for two.
Excellent location Friendly staff Clean and comfortable
A bit noisy
very nice and extremely helpful staff (we had a map of the city immediately and got really lot of tips where to go), room was equipped with very tasteful antique furniture, had a lot of charme, quiet place but central located
Charming and helpful reception. Excellent, quiet location. Car park opposite, but be careful not to miss the little alley where the hotel is located if you're driving. Our room had a spacious balcony with good view. Bed not very big and room a little small but still highly recommended for a short stay.
