Very helpful and friendly staff. Terrific breakfast buffet with enough food for 100 rather than the 8 of us there at the time. Excellent bed and pillows.

Confusing access with a car, even a small sign from the road indicating limited parking in front of hotel to enable you to check in would have been helpful. Architect designed hotel which often indicates design over practicality. All smoke and mirrors. Liable to get soaked in bathroom from enormous rain shower whilst trying to find which knob to turn, and light switches even more baffling. Small cafeteria rather than a restaurant. No hot food served until 8.30pm. Shopping centre adjacent with some eateries which also open at 8.30.

Nice large rooms friendly, helpful staff

Difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. We could see it driving past but couldn't tell where the entrance to the parking garage was.

It was very comfortable, the staff in the reception were excellent, the spa on the 11th floor, the rooms, which was modern and big, the breakfast had all you need and more too, in short we were very happy there!

The hotel was wonderful. Very large and upscale room. Onsite parking is always wonderful in a large city. The rate was great at 95e and included parking and a spectacular breakfast. I am sure any other hotel would have charged at least 15 e per person for the breakfast.

staff very helpful pull up at reception and let them park for you it's esier than trying to find carpark. carpark very secure ideal for motorcycles. hotel very modern and pool nice but make sure you take your robe as no towels at the pool!

Probably the best hotel we have stayed in for comfort, friendliness and value for money. The staff were so helpful and the room was fantastic. Parking and location were a bonus and we only had to turn a couple of corners and we were on the road to Teruel to continue our onward journey - perfect! We will definitely stay here again.

In one word, fantastic!

The second we arrived we were made welcome at reception, parked our for us and allocated a room [509] to my surprise it was a smokers room, the hotel has about 50smoking rooms. The room it self was very contempory, very well equiped. For us it was just a stop over, so impressed we booked for our return journey 11days later.

Superb hotel, built 2010, comfortable, spacious modern rooms. Bathroom has "his n hers" sinks with glass worktops and "rainfall" shower and seperate bath and seperate toilet room. Free Valet parking in the car park the hotel shares with the Aragonia shopping centre. Brilliant breakfast. Bus and tram service to city centre very close to hotel, take no.40 Bus for €1.25.Soccer stadium under 10 min walk.Huge conference facility used by big companies and politicians. Friendliest staff I ever met- special mention to the lady in the breakfast room and to Miguel and the team at reception for all their help.

15 min bus ride to the city centre, hotel is in generally a residential area near Via Hispanidad, so if you are a "wander around the city at night" type, you have to bus/tram it and the services stop at midnight. Lots of city centre roadworks at the moment due to the construction of the new tram system, allied to one way streets, so bus better option.

Lots of space

This hotel hotel is excellent. Booked in for 1 night and ended up staying 4. The beds are massive and the pocket sprung matresses are so comfortable we didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom is fantastic too with a shower so big you feel like your in a waterfall!! Breakfast at the hotel is extensive and you can even choose to have a cheeky glass of cava at no additional cost if your celebrating something special. Aldo, the day we checked out, they let us stay in the room until 3pm at no sdditional cost. We stayed at over 10 hotels within a month as we were on a road trip round Spain for our honeymoon. This was by far the nicest.

The bathroom doors haw wide gaps. Very awkward for families.

To hotel was great for a stop between locations and easy to locate. Very good value for money.

Staff were extremely friendly and caring. Amazing breakfast. Very nice spa area. Loved room design. Unbeatable price.
