the underground car park (which is charged for) is handy, you can drive in, get in the lift and go to your floor with all your belonging, without traipsing through the hotel. The pool is ok and there was a wide choice for breakfast. The room was quite basic, the bed uncomfortable, but it was all clean. Minor issue with none of the information given at book in (e.g. hotel rules, meal times, charges etc.) was all in Spanish, and the staff didn't speak any English. Its a big ex pat area and UK holiday destination.

Puedes descansar sin tener que tener mucho protocolo en comedores, cenas, etc... optimo para estancias con niños. Estuvimos dias antes de su cierre y el cuidado y la limpieza sobre todo en cocinas dejaba mucho que desear.

La habitación muy amplia y comoda,las instalaciones son buenas,el desayuno muy variado. Ademas de la atención de todo el personal del hotel. Desde la recepción el día que llegamos hasta el ultimo día. Excelente!!! Lo recomiendo!!! No existen lugares de ocio alrededor.

Boa piscina, os quartos sao muito grandes todos tem varanda ,mas todo o hotel tem um defice muito grande de limpeza incluindo cozinha e zona restaurante Os empregados sao poucos chegando a ter 2 para sevir mais de 200 pessoas a mesa para almoçar ou jantar Muito mau na limpeza , falta de funcionarios para atender os clientes cheguei a estar a espera 25minutos no balcão a espera para me perguntarem o que queria, bem não recomendo

Lo mejor es el apartamento en sí mismo. Aunque por ejemplo los sofás y la cama eran muy viejos e incómodos. El personal es educado y afable. Lo peor, las zonas comunes. No hay aire acondicionado en ellas y el calor se hace insoportable. El hotel está poco cuidado. En la zona de la piscina-fuente hay una pared que se está abriendo y parece que se va a caer en cualquier momento.Detalles como que las raquetas de ping-pong estén hechas una pena (no creo que cueste tanto sustituirlas), o que el cartel del Spa sea un folio impreso dan una imagen de cutrez. Para que te den el mando de la tele tienes que dejar una fianza de 10€ en recepción (cutre). El buffet es poco variado y las verduras por ejemplo están poco cocinadas y duras. El mobiliario está viejo y la zona de fiesta parece un bar de carretera. Le sobran dos estrellas.

Nos ha encantado. Lo recomiendo sobre todo a familia con niños .Los empleados muy amables. Fuimos en regimen de media pensión y no nos arrepentimos (comida variada y servicio en restaurante bueno). Piscina con chorros divertida para los niños y mayores .Terraza espaciosa.Limpieza diaria (algo que no encuentra habitualmente en los apartahoteles).

La habitación era muy amplia y confortable...la piscina chulísima, el personal muy atento. Faltaba animación infantil, la limpieza dejaba un poco que desear, sobre todo la de los pasillos y el buffet muy poco variado.

Bien que l'environement soie axer sur l'appartement, le service de chambre fut trés bien. Les repas sont tres succsint, la croissanterie tres sec, youaurt pas frais,, les fruit pas mures et le service tres leger, manque de tasse ou couvert a l'heure d'afluence, pourtant hors saison, restauration tres limites.L'acces a la plage est a 5min de marche et malheureusement la plage est sale,, mégots et autre saleter en tous genre, paier boite. Les douche ne fonctionnait pas.Domage!!

Esta cerca de la playa El buffet del desayuno esta masificado y alrededor no hay apenas restaurantes. El menaje de la cocina es muy escaso. Necesita reformarse para poder competir.

Su ubicacion es bastante buena, muy cercana a la playa. La animacion del hotel es buena, algo escasa para los adultos. Los horarios de las comidas es muy correcto. He ido otros años, y este año lo he visto mas corto en variedad del buffet, y el todo incluido tenia demasiadas cosas con suplemento. Nula variedad en helados y mucho tiempo de espera en la cafetería/bar del complejo. Se notaba muy justo de personal.

Las comidas estan muy bien LaS habitaciones amplias, geniales En general, muy buen ambiente, estamos muy contentos de haber pasado 5 diaS en este hotel. Es una zona tranquila,para estar o con tu pareja o con niños. Las zonas comunes muy buenas,piscina, comedor, cafeteria... :) El gimnasio, me ha parecido un poco cutre, porque algunas maquinas no funcionaban
