Handy for the centre Reception staff helpful
Noisy corridors and sounds from other guests carried
Easy to get to main sights in Grenada by foot.Set in a bustling area with plenty of bars/restaurants close at hand.Very helpful staff.
Difficult to get to by car and difficult to park car .Breakfast service was poor.
The parking garage is underground and pretty dark inside with norrow pathes. The walls bring the damages made by the parked cars. You better have a very small car with you... Rooms are inside the building without any outside view.
Breakfast was in the hotel's bar and was nice to see all the locals coming in on Sunday morning too. The bar staff were lovely. Reception staff were lovely.too - helpful and friendly
Location. Very central and easy access to most tourist attractions. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Reasonably quiet for such a central location.
No Wi Fi in room unless you paid. Ought to be free.
It was a great hotel and probably one of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip to Spain. The location was great. Good medium priced hotel.
Wonderfully located hotel with exellent staff, wifi and clean, modern rooms. Location is everything and this place has it -sites, attractions, parks, restaurants, bars, etc.
Not much at all!
Great location, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. We extended our visit a few more days. We will return.
everything was excellent,central location,helpful staff,
Location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, good Wifi.
The fact that it was so close to the city centre
Staff weren't helpful enough. It's the hospitality industry. I was struggling to get my bus tickets booked, but all I got was "Sorry, I can't help."
I couldn't get hot water for shower most of the time.
Great location. Comfortable beds.
Our room was not as nice as pictures indicated. Sink was cracked, shower faucet screws pulling from wall. The sofa was old and musty. This room needs a new makeover. Perhaps they have newer better rooms.
Well positioned, clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast. excellent value for money. Close to Cathedral and buses to the Alhambra.Hotel was very in keeping with old Granada and Federico García Lorca.
Just a few little suggestions --- a bit more gel and shampoo please, and also the water was not terribly hot in the mornings, but this did not spoil our visit in any way.
The bed was not comfortable. The shower was luke warm at best. The room was small. The hotel was noisy.
Liked the location
We arrived very early in the morning and was able to check in and drop our luggage in the room. If needed, there is a storage area if the room wasn't ready. The hotel Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel itself was interesting as there was a courtyard in the middle of it and the furnishings were traditional. The room itself (for three people) was clean and comfortable and quiet. Our room faced a small side street. The location was very convenient and you could walk to most tourist sites. There was a plaza very near the hotel (plazas are very common in Granada and Seville - the only smaller cities we visited and are a very alive with people and activities and places to grab some food). Would definitely stay there again
We had a triple room which was very large and comfortable. Room and bathroom are a bit outdated but nothing's missing.
They don't offer any cost saving solution for car park. You pay the hotel per day but the place is in the public car park. The car parks offer a 4 day or 1 week tickets but the hotel doesn't. Other hotels we stayed in Malaga do this. Car parks are expensive in Andalusia so it matters for a 2 week trip. We didn't take breakfast as it was expensive - it's provided in a cafe next to the hotel. We just went to this cafe for coffee and sandwich - that was more economic. I wonder what's included in the price of the hotel breakfast in the same cafe.
This could be a great hotel, if the rooms were updated (painted), with newer furniture. Our room was old, dark, and musty. I didn't want to sit on the old worn couch. Bathroom sink was cracked and the shower faucet was coming loose from the wall. Fortunately, the beds were comfortable. Perhaps they have nicer rooms in other parts of this hotel.
Location and cleanliness
Good comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good price for special offer.
The smell of tobacco in the room. Although there was a piece of paper, according to which everything was sanitized in the bathroom, the lavatory bowl was completely dirty. The room are too expensive for such service, and if I paid the full fare instead of special offer, I'd be dissapointed.
Great location Very friendly staff and obliging
Difficult to find by car and garage space for a big vehicle very small
the location is good
The reception is very unfriendly. we have asked for the location of the airport bus but the man in the reception just pass us a paper in spanish without any explanation! There are 2 men in the reception, one work for day and the other for night shift, but both of them are rude and unhelpful. We really dont recommend this hotel as it leaves us a bad impression to granada.
Central location and comfortable room
Wifi was not available in the room. It was free in the lounge but also there was not working properly.
Its location and surroundings. Very close to the Cathedral area. The internal appearance, style and ambience of the hotel. The staff were very helpful at all times. We would come back again. We didn't eat there in the evenings as dinner was rather expensive.
Noisy guests in neighbouring rooms.
