Unfortunately the hotel smelled of something old. linens also smelled something bad. so we left earlier than planned. it was awful. cleaners begin cleaning at 9 am, vacuumed and thunder. they do not care what people are sleeping. we suffered from these sounds. the hotel is not in the center, but in a quiet area and close to El Corte Inglés.

We were warmly welcomed by reception and given a quite room at the back of the hotel on request. The room was spacious, light and clean and the large double bed was comfortable if a little firm for my husband. Free wi-fi was a nice touch. The bar serves a good range of snacks/light meals as we arrived too late to have dinner. After a very sound night's sleep we had breakfast in the hotel from an extensive buffet. Altogether a good stop to break up our journey from Bilbao ferry port to Barcelona.

One of the matter we liked Silken Reino is the location: it's very closed to historic centre of Saragozza and it's possible to visit all the old town by foot. Our room was wide and well furnished. Another important side to consider is the breakfast: it is very rich and above all it offers a lot of typical dishes. The ratio between rates and services is high and we surely suggest this location to everyone who wants to visit this beatiful city.

It is an excellent hotel in centre of town, a little difficult to reach with the roadworks for the tramway, with underground parking(extra) and good insulation for the rooms. Superb buffet breakfast. Reception staff could be a bit friendlier and greet the public with a smile

It was a pleasure to stay at this Hotel. It is in a great location, has helpful staff and rooms of the highest quality. The only thing lacking was that there were no irons in the room, not even if requested. So it cost us 11 Euro for them to iron a simple blouse.

Great value for money. I'd say it's 4+ stars. excellent location For 13€ I'd expect a fresh vegetable for breakfast. And- for such a respectable hotel company- a sower face from the desk ladies is just unexceptable and rood!
