It was a good central location and the reception staff helped direct us to the best spots for sightseeing and eating out. The parking was secure which was essential for us. he children were welcome and we had a good stay here.

Good location, basement carpark. Not so friendly staff at front desk. Not welcoming. Aircon in room not working. Although it was winter, room was hot and stuffy. Good thing that we could open the window. Hotel also provided ridiculously tiny bar of handsoap - half the size of a usual small hotel soap.

Foyer comfortably furnished. Reception desk well situated. Staff very helpful.Advice/information researched to help maximise enjoyment of stay. Bedroom comfortable. Breakfast included in price of overnight stay. Excellent value. Lighting in bathroom dull and no magnified mirror - difficult for shaving and applying make-up.

A trendy, well-appointed, value for money hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms a good size and very well appointed. Fabulous. Thank you Would have liked a hot drinks tray in the room.

Comfortable city centre hotel with excellent parking on site the cost of which was included in the room price. The quality of food in the restaurant was very poor, our duck had to be sent back to the kitchen to be cooked properly or at least made edible. The waitress in the restaurant was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her.
