position to the old quarter was ideal

the entrance to the hotel car park could be signed better, obviously the staff and locals know where it is but the first time visitor has to go around the block and then it is not obvious that the car park to the hotel is correct. once you are in then its obvious.

WiFi kept dropping out, took a long time to upload.

It was a good central location and the reception staff helped direct us to the best spots for sightseeing and eating out. The parking was secure which was essential for us. he children were welcome and we had a good stay here.

Not so friendly staff at front desk. Not welcoming. Aircon in room not working. Although it was winter, room was hot and stuffy. Good thing that we could open the window. Hotel also provided ridiculously tiny bar of handsoap - half the size of a usual small hotel soap.

Location of hotel was very central and the car park under the hotel was very convenient.

The price of the mini bar and the fact that there was no free water in the room. Plus I was unhappy about being charged an additional €15 for staying on Friday night.
