tiny point, some real coffee at breakfast instead of the soluble coffee machine would have been nice.

Set in the pretty area of Altea Hilla it was an excellent location close to the beach and waterfalls. The hotel was clean and well maintained and suited our budget as it was very good value.

We had our two small dogs with us and our only disappointment was that there was no area that we could walk or sit with them within the hotel grounds. In our opinion if you allow dogs at the hotel then you should provide some areas for owners to use ( ie outside bar or terrace area ) as we had to use private bars for our stay for this reason.

Such a beutifull hotel. The room that we stayed in was the best by far. All the interera, the furnishing the clenliness was excellent. Had a lovely time there and would go again. :)

Drinks was very exspencive. The local bar closed at 9.45pm. The outside pool was exremly cold.

I stayed with my daughter for a long weekend and was very impressed with the hotel. The pool area was stunning and the room very good and we both loved the spacious bathroom and huge terrace. We were very glad we hired a car to get around to the sandy beach of Calpe but also loved the evening atmosphere in Altea and Calpe. Overall it was exactly what we were looking for a beautiful relaxing hotel in a stunning surrounding. We would both stay there again and suggest the hotel to friends who are looking for the same things.

Only that some of the areas looked a little run down, especially in the bar area which backed onto the spa. But that was completely out weighed by the rest of the complex.

Fab place really enjoyed our break there would highly recommend it...A car would be a must though as it is up on the mountain and to get down to the beach a car is necessary.....

Exellent place 2 relax.

The decor of the hotel is nice, the pool is nice , the staff are friendly & helpfull.

You are totally stranded without a car at this hotel , there are no supermarkets,shops, beach or retaurants within walking distance- absolutely nothing!. You must have a car.There is no entertaiment facilities for older children. The restaurant or bar within the hotel was not open for meals only the poolside restaurant. The towels were only changed 2 times in 12 days. I would not return to this hotel again ,although Altea oldtown itself was lovely.

The swimming pool is nice for the children.

Very bad personnel in the reception, poor service without cleaning, pools bars all closed, payed spa, what wasn't mentioned in the web page of the hotel and was very desapointing. Outside the city, without any small supermarket, everything is far away, beaches very distant from the hotel, with bad path (intense traffic,you have to cross the small town Altea). The chairs and table are in iron, so when anybody moves them you can ear it, even early in the morning. Very poor kitchennette, you can't cook there. We left in the middle of the week, and found a much better solution and cheaper.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the setting and the rooms. Lovely peaceful location. Can't fault it. Going back soon

The room was dirty, the bedding was awful, had to use the same towel for 4 days, there was no hot water to take a bath!

Room and facilities were excellent - spacious and very clean.

Complex was a little too big and kept getting lost in the labyrinth of floors and facilities.

El trato del personal fué excelente tanto a nuestra llegada como en el SPA, o el bar. La ubicación es un lujo y la habitación una pasada

Está como a medio remodelar, creo que le falta un poco de calidez. También creo que las instalaciones no terminan de estar explotadas, pero podría ser debido a que es temporada baja todavía.

La ubicación y el entorno, vistas bonitas y tranquilidad

Que el mini bar tengas que adquirir un pack nada personalizable y que, una vez comprado, ni te pongan un abrebotellas y un par de copas, es un mal detalle. Que el gimnasio sea de pago aparte tampoco esta bien

El hotel fue magnífico (5 Estrellas L) hace unos años, ahora, le falta mantenimiento e inversión. El personal con falta de experiencia, hace un gran esfuerzo por resolver todos los problemas

Muy tranquilo, una habitacion grande las vistas increíbles, un complejo muy bonito y la atencion muy buena ninguna queja.
