The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We forgot our converter and she allowed us to use hers. This was helpful and kind of her. This hostel is a scam to start off its on the second floor of a deserted building, no sign to indicate the place of business. Secondly our room did not have a door, it was a collapsable wall. Unkept and the power went out as soon as we got to the hostel. It is not what is advertised online. The pictures that are on the site are not what you are going to see at the hostel. The beds were uncomfortable and had bed bugs. I would not recommend this to travels.

Only the wifi was fine! Everything else was a disaster!! Read below what happened.. From 0h till the early morning the noise frimthe street is unbearable: tradh trucks, the fair in the square being mantled/dismantled, people in the street. Inpossible to sleep! There is a car in the house which meows the hole night at the rooms' doors, again preventing people from sleep. But the worse is still to come: in the morning, when I packed my things to go (I paid and was supposed to stay for 3 days), the owner/attendant was extremely rude, impolite and even screamed at me "get out, get out, you won't receive anything back!" The place is dirty,the breakfast is nothing but old toasts and coffee plus milk, an they woke up 9:30 for a breakfast supposed to be served 9-10h. don't ever stay there!!

reasonable price, sometimes u can use the owner's computer, it is convenient.The small restaurant which the owner suggested is quite good so far nothing

Atención personal muy familiar.ubicado en lugar céntrico y bien comunicado, especialmente por metro. Variedad de inquilinos de diferentes razas y culturas Desayuno muy pobre y la falta de taquillas personales

No podría ser mejor ubicada. Está cerca de la Gran vía (metro: Callao). La habitación con 12 personas fue baratísima, el personal del hostal era muy amable. Los otros viajeros eran agradables. Bueno para 1 o 2 noches. La habitación olía mal, las camas hicieron ruidos, las taquillas funcionaron con una moneda de 1 euro que no nos devolvió. El desayuno fue sólo pocas galletas, mermelada, tostada y leche. No se puede pagar con tarjeta. La consigna el día que sales cuesta 2 euros por persona.
