this place is very close to the bas stop for many beaches and to the main bus station (less than 20 seconds walk). Moreover just in front of it there's a cheap and tasty bakery-restaurant, perfect for breakfast and lunches, free wi-fi. In a few meters there are a supermarket and a grocery store. La rambla is very close too. Xavi, his mum and his staff are very nice and helpful people, they check you in according to your time and are available anytime. They can give you also inside tips about the city and transports.

I got the bus to Tarragona from the airport. The hotel was very near the bus station, just the next street to it. The rooms were very clean. It is located right in the centre of Tarragona, and had a lot of shops and bars close by.

When I arrived, there was no one there. I had to call a number an someone was sent over in about 15 minutes.

Well, it is absolutely true what people say about Xavi. He is a really nice guy! Mega-Omega nice even! )) Ah yes, about the hourse itself everything was fine. I did not read carefully the description so the shared bathroom was a surprise to me, but it is also true that I havent seen my neighbours in all 7 days I stayed! For the price you pay it is a good accomodation. There is a cafe right in front of the Casa. Very cheap but nice light breakfast, coffee and pastry, juice and a tortilla slice, mmmm! If you think about going to the beach the bus stop is right near and return the bus stops right in front of the entrance!! I hope you noticed the Casa was not in the front line;) but I like it, you pay less, you go via markets to the beach, buying fruit and snacks for a nice stay at the sea. It is close to the bus station, el Corte Ingles , the city center everything is within a walking distance.

What I did not like was the Tarragona garbage-trucks service. So loud! but to be in Spain and expect things to be quiet is rather foolish! There was no aircondition but again - it was fine (and I was there in the end of July). Dont expect champagne for the lemonade price they say. And again - Xavi, he makes it all. Any concern? question? need? - here he is.

Apartments are Located 100M from Placa del Terraco roundabout (Tarragona Bus Station), and 20min walk from the train Station, Making it a Super location for Exploring the City & Old City, Neighboring Towns & Beaches and Catalonia. The Apartments have a more Homely feel than a hostel making it ideal for Families,Groups and solo travelers alike, The Apartments were cleaned twice a day and all staff where friendly and helpful, Extreme value for money

The staff were excellent and friendly, speaking excellent English - a really personal touch. They went through a map of Tarragona with us recommending where to go and what to see and how to do it.

In the height of summer the rooms can get quite hot (though certainly bearable), a fan would be beneficial.

Although simple, the rooms are clean as is the entire place. Great shared kitchen and lounge area with TV and dining table. Bathrooms always spotless. Xavi the host was excellent an gives a great overveiw of Tarragona when you arrive. 10 minutes walk to beach and old town. Great bus links.

In the middle of summer a small fan would be nice in the bedroom

Mônica and her brother are excellent staff! She explained me everything about the city, gave me a map and suggest me what to see. On my last day, they even kept my luggage in the residence so I could enjoy a little more before leaving. Also, they gave me a ride to the train station. Awesome time! The place is good and rooms are quiet and comfortable.

My window was broken so I couldn't close it during the night. Anyway, it wasn't a problem cause I had to woke up really early anyway.

Tarragona is a wonderful city (history, monuments, beaches, great food), and Casa Nostra is a great place to stay while exploring it all, especially if you are traveling on a budget. Xavi was extremely helpful; he was full of good tips and provided me with a map. It is easy to walk from here to most sites in the city (1 km).

Incredibly welcoming, the perfect place to stay. Xavi is awesome, he and his family were extremely friendly and helped make my time in Tarragona such a pleasure. My room was perfect, with a desk, great wifi and a city view. The apartments are exceptionally clean, cool and spacious and share a fridge for food/drinks. Although you have all the privacy you need, I made good friends with fellow guests here and it really felt like home! I booked here at the last minute after my flight was cancelled, but stayed for five days and will stay again next time I'm in Tarragona!

The host Xavi was fantastic, explaining about the hostel and then talking me through the things to go and see in Tarragona. I stayed in a 5-bed female dorm but had it all to myself. I also had my own bathroom, as Xavi had organised the guests to give everyone as much space as possible. The room was big and clean and I had 2 of the best nights sleep on my whole trip. Great location, right next to the bus station, but really close to all the things you would want to see in Tarragona. The hosts (a family-run business) can not do enough for you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would stay here here again on my next visit to Tarragona.

Xavier and his sister were excellent. On arrival I was given a rundown of all the sights in Tarragona and even given a complimentary plate of food. My room was upgraded from a single to triple even though it was only me. Wifi was excellent Perfect location right in the heart of the city. 100m from main bus station and walking distance to everything. Supermarket and restaurants close by. Even thoug it was shared bathroom it was never once a problem as I shared it with only one other person. Great value for money The owners love and take pride in what they do and it clearly shows If I re-visit Tarragona I would definitely stay here again.

Xavi was very nice and help us get around in the city. The residence is very comfortable, it's like staying at a friends place. Pilar was charming! They only wanted to make sure their guests were having a great stay.

    Nothing I didn't like :)

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful It was nice to share an 'apartment' with full facilities but still having the privacy of your own room It's a nice, friendly, comfortable place to stay and really good value for money

the kitchen was very poorly equipped, there was no chopping board, no knifes other than the ones you would eat with, no salt. So cooking a meal for yourself is a challenge to say the least!

The personal hospitality and service was top grade. It is a family run business and the owner is very welcoming and extremely helpful. This is unusual compared to bigger places. You were immediately made feel at home and reassured by the level of care and service

Nothing. The personal care and service compensated for anything less than perfect.
