Cleanliness (I found many of long hair on the wall next to toilet) rest of room was fine
I was staying at residencia during last days of San Fermin. The place is a bit far away from the city, but still within walking distance. Convient if you have a car as there was easy free public parking in the street. Basic place, but ok for two nights stay.
Good wifi, but it's working only in downstairs, not in the room.
- clean - easy - Perfect for our big group of friends coming for the St-Fermin
- location a bit far from center. However good bus connection - no bar available to buy drinks (or only at given hours) - small rooms, but that was expected
We went during San Fermin so I understand the inflated prices and whatnot, however it is very misleading to call this a hotel. It should be made clear that it's the dorms of the university that they use as accommodations during the usually sold out festival. We arrived at the same time as other travelers and we were all equally confused as to where it was, how to get in, etc. I would have rather stayed at a hostel (which would go for the same price or cheaper) that would have been closer to the festival and the same quality.
Check-in was not easy. Our kitchenette was shared with the room next to us which wasn't clarified on the website. Wifi access. Getting in and out of parking and the building.
Very good place to stay, specially during San Fermin festival!
The cleanliness The cost (cheaper than other hotels when it's in San Fermin)
The location is a little bit far from the center although there is a bus station near the dorm
It was really expensive, but everything is during San Fermin. It's basically college dorm rooms that are used for a hotel. It was acceptably clean, but a little iffy. There was a small kitchenette, which was nice. There is a computer with a printer in the lobby, which is nice for last-minute travel planning.
Wifi only worked in the lobby. The rooms are a bit shabby, they looked very "lived in" and are very small. No TV. But it's perfect if you're just there for San Fermin and need a cheaper place to stay.
One of the cheapest places to stay during St. Fermin's Festival. It was close to the bus stop to go downtown. Secure building & parking lot.
It was a small college dormitory. Guess I've been spoiled with nicer places. :-)
The room itself was fine, it was even like a studio, with kitchen in-suite.
It is located quite far from the city centre. But there are very good 24 hours (during San Fermin fiesta, may be different in the rest of year) bus connections to the centre (but during the night the bus has a bit different route, so 10 minutes walk is still necessary to the nearest bus stop). It was also quite expensive.
Room was clean. Well stocked vending machines. Small convenience store with small hot food menu. Only a few mins walk to the bus stop and only about 10mins from Pamplona city center. Would stay here again if it's the only affordable option. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
This was not what we were expecting based on reviews and pictures. It was basically a hostel and we certainly did not gather that from the description. Our shower was missing the curtain but fortunately my husband and I are short so we did not have a problem bathing in the very small tub. Do not think it was worth what we paid for it but due to the high prices of everything during San Fermin it was the best we could afford.
There is a bus stop to the center that is about 300 M
Best price during San Firmin
Outside from city center Not cleaning room every day
game room- pool table cafeteria cleanliness
wifi is not in rooms
The festival. Close to transport - bus. Possible to walk but a long way in to town. Rooms are big, well appointed.
Distance from main city area.
All accommodation very expensive at this time, for San Fermin, so cost was ok compared to other places, but still very expensive. WiFi not in rooms.
It was such a relief to stay in a nice clean place during the crazy bull run festival. Thank you so much.
I liked everything!
