muy lejos de todo
Location, just 10 min walk to the beach. Rooms are clean and spacious. The equipment is quite old but they keep it clean..
There is some odor of something old, (or hospital) in the halls.
Location and staff were good
I booked under the impression from the website that there was a self service laundry (which I needed to use) and gym. Neither existed which effected me quite a bit.
The room was clean with a good sized bathroom and decent shower. For the price I was very happy with the room and it must be the best value for money in San Sebastian. If you don't mind the vast size of the building and a possible long walk down the corridors, and if you are using it as somewhere to sleep rather than a place to spend the day hanging out, I would highly recommend it.
A fair walk to the beach and the old town (I rented a bike for the duration of my stay so this was not a problem for me).
It was far away from everywhere. The room looked like a hospital room, facilities were poor. You get better value for money to stay in a hostel.
Very clean and good value for money.
Late check-in, all together.
The staff was very friendly! The position good but far from the city centre. The room was small but clean and silent.
There are no bus in the night so from the city centre you have to take a taxi (9€) or take a walk (40 min). But there are bus all day
Price Kitchenette, fridge Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants in the neighbourhood At night i could let my bike in the luggage-room
Bit noisy No airco Distance to Donostia/trainstation, but i solved that problem by renting a bike.
It's expensive for a residential, but its the least expensive in a expensive town. Its a student place, but has good conditions..
It's expensive for a residential, but its the lest expensive in a expensive town. Has paid parking place. A bit far for the turistic park, not from the beach.
Room had enough space for luggage. Cheap in comparison to other hotels during August. Vending machines in the ground floor.
Room was very dark and not really comfortable, especially the beds, with thin walls. The bathroom and the floor could have needed a proper cleaning as well. It was quite a walking distance to the beach, although manageable.
helpful, friendly efficient staff Good wifi connection Provided snacks while check in Great value for price Clean, comfortable
The location was a little far from the city center, but else real bus lines served the area and most of them ran until 12 am.
The location and the service provided in the Front Office.
They have only single beds, not good for couples. The room was really hot inside and they didn't have a ventilator or AC.
Clean, cheap, nice staff, room available to keep our bikes safe, easy to park, kitchenette in room.
Residential area far from the city center (30 minutes walk), not a problem if you take the bus or your own car (easy to park in the hotel area for free, but not in the the city center). Small room, no TV, simple decoration, furnishment and services (but the positive things -clean, comfort and price- outweigh the cons).
It is a student residence, so so simple: shower/bath tiny and with mould, the curtains as well. Two small beds with a disgusting old blankets. You pay the price of a hotel room...and I felt like I was in a camping. For 78 euros(without breakfast) I think you can find something better for sure.
- Good key system. - Efficient help at reception
- Waiting row at reception - Noises of contantly moving chairs and another strange sound, like a water tap constantly turned open, were very irritating. Needed my ear stops to get asleep. Tip: Under the legs of the chairs could be fitted a pad of felt, to get rid of the noise when moving the chair. - long corridor to reach my appartment - Not a nice lounge to sit. The switched-on tv-screen there is terrible. Nobody is interested in that. Should be removed!
Dirty Expensive weak wifi connection with incorrect instructions on how to log on Check in is at 3pm and check out at 11am
We like the location of the hotel 10 min walk to ondarreta beach...pArking are excellent
We dont like the room..it is not the same as what we seen in the site..maybe they need to upgrade pictures....housekeeping staff dont smile and i think no security because we came back at the hotel pass midnight and the entrance door of the hotel are still open, and there are two uoung people who come to enter like they are not a client of the hotel and they directly go to the lounge of the hotel where clients can drink coffee and prepare their foods...there is no restaurant just vending machine...no breakfast at all and no nearby resto or anything to eat..you need to go to the center to have food
Location was very far outside of downtown/old city. Price was 80 euro/night for a dorm room and the staff was rude at every turn, most hostels have better accommodations, better service and are 1/5 the price
New building Ok gym Clean
No TV (pretty standard for a hotel) No wifi in the rooms Way too far from the main part of town (1hr walk/10 min walk + 10 min bus)
The staff was very friendly but not detailed in answering the questions we had.
This seemed to be part of a university dorm which I could have figured out with a bit more research. It was quiet enough but the beds were terrible and it was quite hot in the rooms with no way to cool it down other than creating a cross breeze with the common doors open. The kitchen did come with cooking and eating ware and was clean enough...they also left washing powder, etc. Decor was poor but then again we were only sleeping there. internet did not work at all. The place was very basic. I'd recommend only for students/budget travel.
It was a basic and cheap place to stay in the city.
This was good value for a family compared to other accommodation in san sebastian in august. it was clean and comfortable. the buses to town were good and the city itself is great.
Staff were generally friendly and helpful.
Stayed for 6 nights without having the room cleaned. Charge 8 Euros to clean your room, bit of a rip off as the room was not that cheap in the first place.
We liked the room and the cleanliness.
It was a bit far from the city centre.
I loved the smart design of the single room. although it was small - but perfect relative to the price - it had all I needed, and that without any bric-a-brac. I usually hate the style in which hotel rooms are decorated, but this small holiday home was practical and without carpets, decorative pillows and such. Great, 'cause I'm allergic to dust! I'll come again next year if the conditions stay the same. I felt welcome.
please supply a tiny bit of dishwashing soap and a kitchen sponge.
