The location close to Estacion du Nord, Park de la Citadelle and not far from Barceloneta.

The sink in the bathroom, the water went down slowly. The shower too small.

Nice location, big room, pretty clean, quiet environment (for a residencia), close to the city center (good price/location deal), working heating, mini kitchen with microwave oven/fridge/cooking hob

No wireless on the 5th floor, had to buy a cable, small shower cabin

I thought it was good value. Clean, well appointed and well managed. I also felt safe staying there. I expected it to be noisy but it wasnt. I would be happy to go back .

The lift in the lobby (going from the entrance to Reception level) was a bit slow.

1) During the check-in you have to pay for your whole stay, if you mislike smth later and would like to check-out earlier, they are not going to return you anything. 2) Foolish 100 euro deposit. 3) They say they have a fitness-center, in fact it is only a small room for fitness.

The accommodation was spacious and the receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly

A nice studio in the Barcelona uni students building. Close to North bus station so perfect to those travelling with budget airlines. Clean, air-conditioned, internet access though cable only, swimming-pool, 24/7 front desk. Highly recommended.

Convenient location close to metro (5 mins to marina and arc de triomph). Rooms great for self catering and handy plunge pool to dive into after a hot day sight seeing. Hotel very safe and good amenities like computer room. Easy to walk to major attractions (20 mins to beach, sagrada, place catalysts, ramblas etc). Rooms all have air con and building v safe ( key card access). Handy supermarket and restaurants around corner. All in all ideal base for trip to Barcelona .

That was infront of the bus station and I only needed to spent the night there, between coming from a place and going to another.

There is no one large bed as we are couple, there is no wi fi in the room

We booked this place following a bad experience at a different place and calling Booking's customer service to change our accommodation. We were quite pleasantly surprised to see the room is new, clean, big. The staff is polite, helpful and very nice. They gave us all the information we asked for and their English is very good (something hard to find in Barcelona unfortunately).

The location is a bit far from the city centre, around 10-15 minutes walk from Plaça de Catalunya, but it's right next to Estació del Nord, where the bus to/from the airport in Girona stops. The pool on the top roof is quite small, about 3m wide and 4m long. It's smaller than it looks in the photo, that's for sure. The only internet available is wired and in the 21st century, I find that a bit outdated. Everybody has smartphones, tablets and laptops so WiFi would be much more suitable for a hotel/apartment than cable internet.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped as far as kitchen supplies, dishes, pots, fridge, stove, cutlery. There's a big supermarket around the block which is helpful.There are two double beds on either side of the room so we pushed them together.

The shower is tiny tiny. The location is ok but when you're dragging suitcases it's a bit far. We got off at the Marina metro station and walked from there- about 7 minutes.

It was really big, something I didn't expect, it also had a rooftop pool. It didn't have wireless internet, but you could conveniently use the computer room for free. The apartments were really big and had a kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator.

They took 100 euros deposit. You'd think this means they will take only 100 and the rest of the amount at the end of your stay, but no, in this hotel a deposit means 100 euros in addition to paying all the amount of your stay in advance, so if your amount was 500 euros for example you pay 600 and they give you your 100 upon check out, this is really silly especially if you are depending on those 100 as pocket money for your trip. One more thing is they don't have safes in the apartments.

La posizione della struttura è ottima, vicinissimo alla stazione dei bus e alla fermata della metro. C'È un mercato a 50 mt e vari locali. Le stanze non sono grandissime e hanno una cucina, senza troppe pretese, ma comoda per chi ha figli piccoli. C'È il servizio pulizia e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati tutti i giorni.

Essendo una residenza anche per studenti, qualche volta la notte tardi, c'era un pó di rumore.

Personale disponibilissimo e struttura accogliente. È molto fornito e ha anche la piscina che a causa della pioggia non abbiamo potuto usare.. Pulizia ai massimi livelli e bagni nuovissimi.
