Great location and friendly staff
Poor wi-fi and breakfast.
Location was very central. Wi-fi fine. Room clean plain and spacious, Bed OK
Staff are elusive, so noisy at night, a tank was pumping all night outside my window, wasn't allowed to use balcony after midnight either (it was tiny anyway), obnoxiously loud guests slamming doors and shouting late at night. Never so relieved to have earplugs.
best location ever
pillow no comfoortable
Clean Comfortable Central Cheap
Very loud all night, ear plugs are needed If you want a good sleep
Location and wi-fi probably were the only good things in this "hotel"
It's more like a student hotel. At least I had a room with shared bathroom (which wasn't too clean). Soundproofness is zero and the neighbors were really loud. And none of the two employees I had to communicate with spoke English (had to even use Google Translate :)). Also no towels are provided.
The room was very spacious with plenty of storage. I had a small balcony so could see out onto the street. The location is excellent for exploring the old part of the city Plenty of shops, restaurants and amenities nearby
It's an old building so the windows are not double glazed there was a lot of noise from the street outside. Particularly in the morning with deliveries being made to shops. Also, the doors of the rooms are noisy so every time someone was going in or out there was noise Breakfast was very basic but ok
Extremly nice and helpful staff. They offered us a separate room in the evening as we already were checked out in the morning. So we had 5 hours of rest after our return from Colca canion and awaiting evening bus to Puno. It was really great from their side as some of us suffered after Colca from the altitude sickness and needed to rest. They are disponible all the way during night, and early wake ups. It was really pleasure to speak to the personnel as they were extremely polite.
Rooms with shared bathroom are basic, so depending on what you need. However if you need just a bed and want to sleep in an economic way, there is no better way to do so.
Perfect location. The room was very spacious. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Central location. God for price
Few amenities, shared bathrooms, and not many for the floor
Good value for a clean hostel in central location.
room above bar and very noisy
The building and the customer service.
The noise from the street.
Nice hotel Cheap Comfortabke good staff and facilities
excellent value and location
the location was ace. Right in the heart of the old town of Malaga. Wifi was good too.
My room was located in the middle of 3 male toilets/ bathrooms and occupants kept on slamming these doors all night ( the management should really try and alleviate this by putting doors on a spring or similar) : anybody in that corridor would have been sleepless or blind drunk, which some were,, as the local Feria was on ! Breakfast was extremely laissez-faire - coffee to be heated up in microwave, and random components ( cereals one day and not the next).
The only good thimy is an excellent location and the night concierge.
When you work in hotel industry - you are ment to warmly welcome your guests, even if it is a hostel. The girl who checked us in was the most unfriendly receptionist I've ever seen, not guest-focused at all; we felt unwanted, as if we were disturbing her. You have only one chance to make a good impression...
Wifi, cleaniness, staff, location, the room was quiet as requested
Smell in room, breakfast too early, parking Marina close by but expensive for the night
O air condition
too much noise during the night
Room is very big and clean
The wifi doesn't work very well
location student atmosphere friendly staf
Very central Nice clean showers
Bit tricky to find No air condition Bit noisy
The location, mostly generous room sizes. I really liked this hostel as it was so easy and safe to go out any time. Helpful staff. The building was historic and authentic which I liked too.
Noisy on side of building closest to main street, but those rooms are also the biggest and have cute authentic balconies.
Perfect location, very near to the old town.
The breakfast hours were too early, only between 8.00-9.30
No air con, no clear instructions about which buzzers to select etc upon arrival. I was waiting over 5 minutes for someone to come to the door.
Some staff very helpful.
There was shouting all night from inside and outside the building even though it was mid-week and not very busy, until after 5am. Impossible to sleep. Some staff at breakfast were not at all helpful. The wifi didn't work at all.
