-Price -Friendly & helpful staff -Location -WiFi
-No hot water -Noise...walls are paper thin.
Very clean hotel. The hotel is ideally located.
Night is very frozen. Maybe 16 C.
We were taken to another apartment nearby and both had great locations.
There were no staff at the property, you had to call a phone number for them to appear (quite fast though). The bed linen didn't look too clean for us so in the end we didn't stay here and booked from another hotel.
Location. Staff. Tranquillity.
Location is the only plus point
Finally found the place booked in then was led to another street and was put on the 2nd floor which had 2 bedrooms and a sofa in the lounge area shared toilet bathroom the weekend I was here the sofa was being used as a bed at night so was out of use wake up to use toilet in morning and you have 3 people sat staring at you making you feel unwelcome as you trying to use bathroom the bathroom was full of there stuff no lock on door the room is above a taxi rank and expect the noise to go on till about 6am if you lucky enough to get the room I had you can expect the 3 permanent residents to be up to small hours of the morning drinking and making noise plus the joy of the bloke on the sofa snoring all night it's more of a bedsit than a hotel/hostal be warned if you looking to sleep look elsewhere take into account the taxi rank and takeaways bars etc all underneath your room
Very close to the center. Keys are always with you and you can get in and out whenever you want. Instead off "check-out" you only need to leave the keys in the room and be free))
Extremely bed sound isolation. Seams like people from neighborhood rooms live right in your one, can here even their breath...
Great location, clean rooms and great price
a bit noisy in the night, hard to get in contact with staff to check in and out.
Odd set-up, the main office is in one building while the room is in another across the street. The woman at the desk was a bit cold, and in order to be let in to the lobby you need to call a number on a paper sign on the street. :/ I think next time I will search for another hostel.
not nice staff,noisy,room looks old
The location was the best of this place.
I asked for a non smoking room and it was a smoker room. This was very annoying. It was impossible to see again the staff of the residence after the check in. The wifi doesn't works at the room.
Peaceful, almost monastic setting in the middle of a vibrant city centre.
Kitchen wasn't really equipped to do any cooking.
It was easy to find, close to everything, the room was simple, but very comfortable. My window faced the courtyard so it was quiet at night. Access to a washing machine was also really nice.
The showers had maybe 5 minutes of hot water and then would be ice cold. The kitchen sink was full of dirty dishes from other guests. This isn't because the guests were too lazy to clean up after themselves, but because there was no dish soap or sponges provided. It's unreasonable to expect guests to furnish these items. There is a beautiful 3rd floor terrace with seating that could be a great place for guests to enjoy if it wasn't locked all of the time. None of the keys provided unlocked that door.
helpful staff who allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, good location near to Museo Picasso
- location in the city centre - price is quite fair - wifi (but no hints in the apartment)
- room without windows (a little creepy) - bathroom in poor state
The room was clean, with decent furniture. The bathroom was shared with two other rooms, so no queuing. The location is central, opposite the Picasso Museum. I paid 15 euros a night off season for a single non ac room, which was good value
The rooms are in flats in a student residence. If you are travelling in a group the can't guarantee getting rooms in the same flat, so you could be separated. The rooms were quiet when we stayed. You have to telephone a number to check in and out, which is awkward. The room had no basin or plumbing of its own.
localization - close to cathedral
room without window, no elevator
stayed here two nights. Friendly staff, excellent location. Small common kitchen with a fridge, and a patio. Would come here again.
SUPERB location! Close to everything, in a beautiful old street in the centre with caffes and restaurants, just at Picasso Museum, in the very centre, 7 mins walk to Alcazaba, 10 mins walk to the beach. GREAT!! Our rooms (we've been there twice) were really comfortable: very large beds, a lot of space, very clean. Helpful staff. It was a really GREAT experience and I highly recommend it to everyone!!
Good location although at night it was a bit hard to find , my advise is to print of a map before you go but once you know where it is the location is really central .The accomodation is quite basic with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom and shared kitchen but everything was really clean and the room was comfortable and very good value for the price
The location is really central but on a pedestrian road so a taxi cannot drop you outside so just be sure to have a map of the main streets near by But once you have been there once it is really easy to find and very central
Residiencia in great location @ a great price. Malaga is a must see city!
Our whole experience was excellent. No complaints
Central location walkable to all parts of the old city, clean spacious rooms but spartan kitchen with pratically no cooking utensils and no crockery. Cannot complain bcos the rooms were budget priced!
Difficulty to communicate with reception lady bcos she does not speak english. But she is friendly.
Friendly reception; clean, very basic room; reasonably well equipped kitchen - if you are ready for it; clean, shared bathroom; good location; price!!!!!
Little noise insulation - not good when you have a very early flight; no mirrors in the room (this may have lessened the 1+hour's wait for the loo first thing in the morning. I take no more than 5minutes to shower, others do)
Cheap, right in the centre of town.
Getting into the property involved us calling a mobile number on the door then waiting for a while before someone turned up to take us to the actual apartments. Bit of street noise, but to be expected with any central apartment.
Good value for money. The hotel is located close to Alcazaba and main monuments.
-Our room was in a different building than a reception desk (200-300m away) and the street there was crowded and noisy. Beneath our window was a restaurant and many people stayed there till late night so it was difficult to sleep. No air conditioning (and we couldn't open the window because of the noise). The common bathroom was dirty.
