very helpful staff, excellent kitchen facilities (the best I ever found) and fantastic location
no ac, it was practically impossible to sleep in the summer heat
Location in the city, kitchen and fridges were excellent if you want to cook your own meals
Broken shower, no air conditioning, street was very loud, British men talking about urinating on the street while passing by the hostel. If you stay here, request a room that is not on the ground floor, two single beds instead of a double bed.
This a a great place to stay I enjoyed my 3days here thank the staff who were very helpfull
Gemma on Reception was lovely!
Staff was very friendly. The facilities for dining and cooking very useful (after spending money on all museums we had to tighten our budget, so it was ideal). There is a cupboard and shelf in the fridge assigned to every room, so no worries to confuse shelves (there are 4 big fridges!). Additionally some plates/utensils/pans for use. Great value for the money. Hotel is on the side street so there is not much noise in the night (important as normally you keep the window open throughout the night in the summer).
bathroom - water drainage when showering poor leading to overflow noise from street room appearing to be under ground level
Of the two bathrooms on the 2nd floors, one has a bad shower head and the other has a broken shower head holder.
Very nice staff Stylish decoration Very central location
The toilet is smelly
Everything! This is a beautiful place to stay. Gorgeous rooms, fantastic kitchen with everything, even a dining area and tv lounge. Great location close to central city. Very quiet. Staff speak excellent English. Great value for the money!
That I had to leave! Wish I could have stayed longer!
- Helpful and nice staff. - Clean room with self cooking facilities. - Great location, very close to Gran Via and easy to connect to Alhambra.
Really good value for money, really central.
The location is very good, the staff in nice, and the facilities were good as well. I spent 11 days there and I was very happy with the experience. I really felt like home.
The bed could be more comfortable and when there is some noisy person staying in the residence, we can feel hear everything. That didn't bother me much, but it can be annoying when the residence is full.
i should of stayed longer, i loved the access to cooking and fridges and nice eating and tv room.
noisy very late from street on week ends.
Location was great, just 15 mins from the centre and Albaicin. Room was nice and we had our own sink. Staff were very nice, although we might have struggled if we didn't speak Spanish. Kitchen and lounge area were clean and comfortable. Very good value for money. Very close to the Gran Via de Colon, which is where most of the central bus routes run, including buses from the main bus station where many people arrive in Granada (it would be good if they told you this on their website!). You can also catch the little buses that go up to the Alhambra or Sacromonte from the same street.
We were there for three nights and they didn't change the sheets or towels or empty the room bin. There was no problem with noise from outside the hostel but from within the hostel it was noisy. We were often woken during the night by people using the bathrooms near our room or opening or closing doors. The bathrooms were clean but basic, with a handheld shower. You have to put toilet paper in the bin, not down the toilet, but this seems to be common in old buildings in Granada.
Location is good. Very fair prices. Very friendly staff. Good Wi-Fi. Large kitchen with everything you can possibly need. Good value for the many.
Staff doesn't know English at all. The rooms are poor with old furniture. There is no sunlight at all so it's always very cold. Sound insulation is very bed so earplugs are necessary.
Quite near to the train station and city center. Located in an alley, quiet in the night.
Fairly good location and reception staff who signed me in was lovely.
Have to take noise as part of the deal when go for central location but the level of animal & people noise did get to me here. 1st reception lady fantastic unfortunately didn't see her after that. Other women who I saw was very very rude in my opinion. Kept talking to friend on computer when I came through reception & also left me to struggle with doors & bags when I left as she was chatting to friend. Always felt like my presence was an inconvenience to her.
We got ground floor room was very noisy. We heard everything for reception and from the street during the night.
great location, very clean, nice big kitchen, very nice staff
very thin walls, not good if u get a room next to the bathroom
Everything about Residencia Ziri is excellent for the price. Super friendly staff, large well equipped kitchen and pleasant rooms.
All was good
Small but clean room. Very friendly staff. Good value for money.
Parking your car nearby is problematic.
Everything was nice !! Best hotel in my andalucia trip. Lady was very kind, nice and large single room with a big european window. Clean bathroom. Nice location to the center and the bus stop from renfe station and bus terminal. Kitchen was large and good.
Students staying at next room were too loud after midnight.
