The pool area was nice but then they closed this off for a day to clean it. The spa was great as was the massage. We have satayed in many Vincci hotels and always been very impressed. Sadly this one did not live up to its reputation. The room was cold, the food was awful, there were no staff, the flowerbed in the room was full of weeds. The toilet needed fixing. Overall manageable but not good. We went to San Valentin over the road for drinks and evening entertainment as the atmosphere and attention was better.

It's an excelent Resort! Very good breakfast buffet and also very good buffet for dinner. The rooms are very confortable. The spa is very good but paid and only to enjoy for one hour. It's has a very good location really near the beach and a pretty place. The only think I didn't like was the indoor pool... Very small and cold water.

Lovely hotel with free (and working) WiFi - a rarity in this part of Spain! Beautiful rooms, very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely grounds as well and within walking distance of local restaurants. Smell of mold in our room. If we had been staying more than one night, I would have complained. As it was, we put up with it.

For the price we paid the hotel and facilities were fantastic.plenty of loungers around pool.staff were all polite and couldn't do enough for you. The only downside that we found was the price of the food.

The location The rooms smell very bad(strong and disgusting odor to humidity) cause of concern is you have an alergy,should you be given one of these ground floor rooms request being moved to the upper floor,poor mantenaince,staff attitude for kids activity is quite poor as well.

The room we were moved into (after rejecting the room initially allocated to us) was excellent. With one bedroom, a living room (with adequate sleeping for two children) and a balcony overlooking the pool was lovely. The pool area was very pleasant, fairly quiet despite there being children around and plenty of sunbeds. The pool itself was large enough and though fairly cold, warm enough to swim in on a sunny day. I have said that I would recommend this hotel but I would not recommend it for the type of room I mention below, only for the type I mention here. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. The room we were initially allocated was really not good and would have made our stay pretty miserable. It was at the back of the hotel complex on the ground floor. The outside area looking out onto a grassy bank was out of the sun completely when we arrived early afternoon and felt dark and gloomy. The room itself smelt damp. I was very relieved that we had arrived several days before the main Spanish holiday, meaning that the receptionist was able to offer us a much better alternative as the hotel was still not full. We had a couple of days when rain and high winds meant we needed to spend quite a lot of time in the room and so this was vital.

Es la segunda vez que estamos y pensamos repetir. La habitación es acogedora y el inmobiliario está muy bien. La playa está relativamente cerca y el entorno es tranquilo, apropiado para pasar un fin de semana de relax. Lo único esta vez: el colchón, un poquito hundido (la vez anterior no, lo que da que pensar que no todos están así).

O espaço envolvente e a proximidade da praia e de Cádiz (cerca de 40km)!! Piscina interior ser de água fria! Alguns serviços do hotel não estavam em funcionamento, por ser época baixa, mas aquando da reserva não foi feito nenhum aviso prévio.

Es un hotel relativamente bien ubicado. El mayor valor se lo da precisamente su ubicación al estar a 10 minutos andando de una playa tan estupenda como la de la Barrosa. El hotel está necesitado de un repaso generalizado de obra de actualización y mantenimiento.
