Vincci Resort Costa Golf  

Lovely hotel with free (and working) WiFi - a rarity in this part of Spain! Beautiful rooms, very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely grounds as well and within walking distance of local restaurants.

Smell of mold in our room. If we had been staying more than one night, I would have complained. As it was, we put up with it.

For the price we paid the hotel and facilities were fantastic.plenty of loungers around pool.staff were all polite and couldn't do enough for you.

The only downside that we found was the price of the food.

Pressure of the water in the bathroom was not good. Also bad TV quality.

The rooms were large enough for the 4 of us even though we had a sofa bed out there was still lots of space in the suite to move. The beds were comfortable and the room & bathroom was clean . The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. The pool was great for the kids as you could walk in and out of it rather than just using ladders. The breakfast menu was good, with a wide selection of hot & cold foods and lots of fresh fruit. The evening menu was mixed, cold foods (salads) were fantastic, with lots of fresh fish and good salads. I am very critical of hotels, but I was plenty surprised with the Vincci, I'd definitely stay again!

The hot food in the restaurant wasn't of the same standard and choice as the cold food and there weren't enough waiters on. Those that were there were running around like crazy, but they were polite at the same time.

Small hotel easy to get around, good for families with young kids. Rooms very spacious

Rooms had bit dampness in Walls, general maintenance poor. Need more routine maintenance but not that bad to create problems for customers

The room we were moved into (after rejecting the room initially allocated to us) was excellent. With one bedroom, a living room (with adequate sleeping for two children) and a balcony overlooking the pool was lovely. The pool area was very pleasant, fairly quiet despite there being children around and plenty of sunbeds. The pool itself was large enough and though fairly cold, warm enough to swim in on a sunny day. I have said that I would recommend this hotel but I would not recommend it for the type of room I mention below, only for the type I mention here. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

The room we were initially allocated was really not good and would have made our stay pretty miserable. It was at the back of the hotel complex on the ground floor. The outside area looking out onto a grassy bank was out of the sun completely when we arrived early afternoon and felt dark and gloomy. The room itself smelt damp. I was very relieved that we had arrived several days before the main Spanish holiday, meaning that the receptionist was able to offer us a much better alternative as the hotel was still not full. We had a couple of days when rain and high winds meant we needed to spend quite a lot of time in the room and so this was vital.

die Mitarbeiter - in erster Linie Servicemitarbeiter beim Frühstück - sind in erster Linie mit sich selbst beschäftigt; Zimmer sind sehr stark abgewohnt und es war trotz Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich ein Zimmer ohne Mief (stark modriger Geruch) zu bekommen; Hallenbad ungepflegt = nicht brauchbar;

Lijkt alsof hotel aan golfbaan zit, maar het ligt naast een golfgelegenheid, niet op loopafstand. Het hotelpersoneel moest telefonisch contact opnemen met de aangrensende golfbaan voor informatie en tarieven.

Habitación amplísima, limpia y confortable. Entorno muy agradable. Comida bastante buena. Servicios.

Algo escondido en una urbanización llena de recobecos.

El personal ha sido muy amable, la habitacion era muy espaciosa, me hagustado mucho la terraza y la zona ajardinada

Tenia olor a humedad

Me ha gustado la atencion del personal, asi como la tranquilidad en esta epoca.
