    Lovely place to stay.

No respect from the male guests at dinner. Many men in shorts. I didn't like that at all.

Asked them to not spray the room with perfumed Air purifier, but sorry, that was difficult for the room staff. They could not provide gluten free bread at breakfast.

Location great, staff always willing to help eg, asked at reception for bus number and he went on the computer and printed off complete time table. Very clean rooms with friendly staff. wonderful table to sit and eat as a family.

booked self catering, 3 plates 4 glasses,1 saucepan to boil water for coffee, fridge. no way could you make a meal, would even have trouble making a sandwich as no bread knife chopping board. 2 hob cooker but 1 very small saucepan. great place to stay but not for self catering

The location is great, you can take the buses to all resorts in Gran Canary just in front of hotel and also the airport bus. Big rooms, very excellent breakfast, comfortable pool, big supermarket in front of the hotel. Nice staff, many tours brochures at the reception. We had early check out and they gave us our breakfast in packages.

There was no shampoo in bathroom!

Location easy access to buses shops restaurants etc. Food satisfactory. Entertainment available. Staff helpful. Efficient check in by Pepe.

Pool space booked early with towels and not available for reasonable sunbathing use.

Great value for money. The hotel is very dated but to the point of being quaint, like staying in an 18th century house with it's grand armour and paintings etc. Food was really good for buffet style (especially evening food). Rooms were large and clean but dated. Staff were all very helpful.

Hotel corridors echoed, so any loud talking or doors banging could be heard easily. The bed mattresses were a bit lumpy. Otherwise 10/10

It advertises itself as having a kitchenette. It has a fridge, 2 cooking rings, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses but NO PANS. When I enquired where I could find the pans I was told there weren't any. I responded with "there is everything else except pans", I was told it was because it's not a kitchen, it's a kitchenette (sic), therefore no pans. The description should have made this clear. As a result we ate breakfast in the restaurant. The food, coffee and fruit cordials (not juices - there was no juice) were all of the poorest quality. Extremely disappointing experience all round.

This is a nice, old hotel with helpful staff, a good location and a very nice pool area/pool bar.

Energy saving light bulbs in classic lamps was a strange solution, get new lamps! Our room was huge, the furniture rather unwelcoming and old though. The lobby decorations were strange (armors and cannons). NB: It's truly retro to charge people for using the wi-fi!

The staff was very friendly and multilingual. They were very helpful in all situations. Breakfast was well. There is a swimming pool outside , but we did not use it. The room was clean, but slightly outdated. The beds were quite comfortable to sleep on.

Downstairs there was a strange smell because there is a huge garbage container press outside. It is quite unpleasant when you walk to the elevator for you room.

The staff was excellent! Both the people working at the reception, and those in the hotels restaurant. Delicious fish food was served for dinner at the buffet dinner several evenings when I stayed there. Also a big honour to the cleaners! I'll be back...

Nothing to put my finger on. Just keep the hotel as it is. Please don't do any restoration? The hotel should be proud of keeping it's interior from the seventies.

    The position

The hotel was shabby and needed renovating. The restaurant was dark and quite depressing and the food was only very average.

The hotel is extremely dated, it's like revisiting the 1970's. The buffet breakfast offered very little choice and the food was of poor quality. The fruit juices were diluted and the coffee was dreadful. I would definitely not recommend this hotel considering the price we paid per day being 95 euros.

Although the Hotel was dated, it was not shabby, and extremely clean. The staff were great, the rooms comfortable and spacious, and the pool area superb. We loved it.

I have no adverse comments at all.
