Perfect location for thecentre of kthe city
Loved the location of this hotel, very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room with very small window, weak lighting. The heating system makes a little noise.
Location Breakfast, a great start to the day Free walking tour, great way to find your bearings
noisy if you are on the front but tolerable

+++I had visited this hotel for several times and I am still very happy with this hotel. One thing which I will check the next time will be the the cleanliness of the rooms and especially bathroom as I have found in S8 some hairs on the floor which did not belong to me. Currently I assume that this was exceptional+++
almost all good
free wifi is so weak
The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk of the Cathedral and the Plaza Espania and has a number of reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Rooms are comfortable and of a good size. Staff were very helpful.
Reception area lacks warmth and the dining area is very basic. Tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms would normally be expected for a hotel in this price catagory.
Its excellent central location, room with a view, the helpfulness of its staff, the elegant room decoration and availability of English TV channel. We would definitely stay there again.
Small points: no kettle to make tea/coffee, slowish WiFi in room.
The room and the staf
Modern, light room, with more traditional furnishings, overlooking a small square. Excellent location to the main attractions and Barrio Santa Cruz. It was good being able to park the car on site.
The hairdryer was rubbish and we had a mysterious leak in the bathroom that they had obviously had issues with in the past. But it was all delay with professionally. The parking is pretty expensive, but as mentioned in the +'s, it was handy having it on site.
Location was just perfect. Very close to the major attractions. Close to areas like Alfalfa and Betis where the nightlife is. Also walking distance to attractions like the Catedral and Alcazar Palace etc.
Wifi could be better.
This hotel is really in the heart of Seville!
Too much noise during the night both from the other floors and from outside!
Room was lovely. Fresh and bright. Spacious and above a quiet courtyard. Wi-fi was strong and reliable.
the hotel has a great location, a few minutes away from the cathedral, we received a room with a view on the little square in front, it was wonderful. staff was very nice, they even offered to park the car for us, and received us with a flower - small but nice detail.
our room had one door broken to the balcony, so we couldn't close it the first night - it was quite noisy, given we were on the main street, and it made it difficult to sleep. they did fix it the next day, after we highlighted the issue. wifi connection was quite weak.
Close to the heart of the old town with pavement cafés and bars just across the road. Easy walking distance to all main attractions.
Tricky to reach by car, but convenient parking once we had arrived!
The location was superb
Very early in the morning there was a constant noise which we complained about .Apparently it was associated with the pool on the top floor of the building. This was disappointing since we had paid for a deluxe room.
The very central location and nearness of cathedral and other good places of interests. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. Quite a luxury room and enjoyed its spaciousness and lovely staff plus young man who parked our car in hotels 'expensive' car park.
Location worked well and hotel was clean.
When we arrived at our room we noticed that all hotel information was missing. We asked the main desk and were told none was available. This seemed odd. We asked about the pool/ roof area and were told it just closed the day we asked. Why were we not told there was a close date. We would have gone a day or two earlier had we known. Staff always seemed too busy to be truly helpful. Shower leaked water on floor.
Located in centre of Seville, in very small side streets. Near to good bars, restaurants, breakfasts. Nice (small) rooftop pool and good views from the rooftop lounge area. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
There was not much noise in the streets, but what the noise from what traffic there was seemed to come directly into our bedroom.
Beds were like cement
2 x single beds after we requested 1 double, shower did not work properly, very noisy room, hotel would not allow late check out, very average pool area.
4* hotel and facilities. location close to main attractions. roof pool. garage parking, which is essential for hire car. breakfast. room(we had junior suite)
very poor wifi, Windows stated it had "no valid IP configuration", hotel guest computer very old and slow. roof pool did not have drink etc service. garage expensive at 25 euro/day. only 1 sink/bath/bidet plug in bathroom.
good staff swimming pool although small central location
terribly noisy. Never book a room at the front of the hotel. Singing drunks and seemingly endless rubbish trucks broke one's sleep nearly every night. Hotel does not seem to offer anything other than a room and a swimming pool. It was much cheaper to eat at the cafe just outside the hotel for breakfast.
