Que solo han sido 4 dias Pues no nos han gustado: los ascensores (tenías que esperar un montón de tiempo para poder coger uno y luego que eran muy pequeños), el respeto de los vecinos de habitación (cada noche eran la 1:30-2:00 que estaban corriendo por la habitación, moviendo las camas, hablando fuerte, dando portazos,...) una noche bajé a recepción para comunicarle que los de la habitación de al lado no paraban de hacer ruido y tal, su respuesta fue que en cuanto acabasen la actuación de un grupo que estaba tocando subirían a decirles algo...total que eran las 2 y seguían haciendo ruido. Eso me demuestra la poca profesionalidad del personal; el horario de cena (tenías que cenar antes de las 9 de la noche pq cerraban el comedor) increíble.... Horario de guiris.en la piscina para poder coger una tumbona tenías que bajar a las 7 de la mañana pq la gente lo que hacía era dejar su toalla e irse a desayunar, a dar una vuelta....en la habitación no había la típica cortina blanca que no deja pasar la luz, con lo que a las 7 de la mañana te entraba todo el sol en la habitación y ya no podías dormir más, para poder ver la televisión tenías que dejar 10 euros de depósito para que te dieran el mando (donde se ha visto eso en un hotel de 3 estrellas justitas)

In camere se facea curatenie zilnic.Ca si amplasare este chiar la granita cu santa susana. Acest hotel nu este de 3 stele, poate 2 stele +, avand in vedere faptul ca in camere nu exista uscator de par.Destul de multa galagie.

L' hotel fonctionne essentiellement avec des grpes Hollandais qui sont très bruyants .une Sono extérieure hurle des chants hollandais jusqu'à 23h30 minimum...

Отличное месторасположение. Довольно удобные номера, внимательный персонал на ресепшн и в ресторане. Наличие автостоянки и Wi-Fi. Веселые бармены и официанты. Хорошо приготовленные блюда, возможность использовать полупансион как на ужин, так и на обед. Жуткая звукоизоляция. Отель расчитан на поток туристов, но при этом малая проходимость ресторана. Отсутствие овощей и фруктов на завтрак. Синтетические напитки - соки и кофе. Кровати -жутко скрипучие - не для молодоженов однозначно. Если балкон вашего номера выходит на соседний отель и вы приходите в отель раньше полуночи да еще и хотите спать - вы смело можете попрощаться с этим желанием. О наличии железной дороги под теми же окнами мы узнали только на следующие сутки, пересилвшись в другой номер. Еще - не выдают туалетные принадлежности, кроме мыла...

Tout proche du bord de mer, au milieu de la promenade et des commerces de Malgrat. Piscine agréable. Parking gratuit à l'arrière de l'hôtel Correct, si ce n'est les femmes de chambre qui entrent dans la chambre à 9h du matin pour faire le ménage. Réveil assuré !

Uitstekende lokatie. Iedere avond live muziek tot half 12. Meertalig personeel. Werd veel georganiseerd vanuit het hotel. Erg gehorig. Eten had wel wat beter gekund

Sehr nette Hotelangestellte. Zimmer wurde an 2 Tagen nicht gereinigt/ Betten wurden nicht frisch bezogen. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, man konnte den Zimmernachbar schnarchen hören. Innerhalb einer Woche gab es jeden Abend ein Unterhaltungsprogramm - an sich sehr gut - dieser wurde jedoch jeden dritten Abend wiederholt, mussten uns 3 verschiedene Sänger jeweils 2 Abende lang anhören. Es kam auch mehrmals vor, dass die Teller am Buffet nicht richtig sauber waren.

Propreté des chambres et de l'hôtel en général. La nourriture est très peu variées et pas de bonne qualité. Il n'y a que 2 ascenseurs pour environs 250 chambres, trop peu a mon goût,chose étonnante on ne peut que monter mais pas redescendre avec les ascenseurs, imaginez la suite pour celui qui est au 7ème étages. Les chambres sont mal isolées et les lits font 1.80m de long. Au niveau de la salle de bain, si vous avez le malheur de vous lavez entre 18h00 et 19h30 vous n'aurez pas de pression et vous aurez de l'eau tiède. La chaîne disponible en français sur la tv est arte. Au niveau des bruits aux alentours, il y a une ligne ferroviaires qui passe a 10 mètre de l’hôtel pas top. Le matin vous ne pourrez pas dormir a plus de 9h30 car les femme de ménage déplacent les lits et sa grince horriblement.

Funcionários eficientes e sempre disponíveis. A opinião global do Hotel é francamente favorável. Só as camas não correspondem, ou seja o Hotel no seu conjunto merecia apresentar umas camas com melhor qualidade.

Dicht bij 't strand, onderhouden zwembad, het eten was zeker in orde voor 3 sterren (alles behalve het ontbijt), verse fruit/brood Te kleine eetruimte, luidruchtig, klein straaltje uit de douches, slecht gepoetst, kleine kamers, het ontbijt is het zeker niet waard, de stad is gewoon een doorlopende straat die begint in santa susanna en verder loopt door malgrat de mar. Deze stad is zeker geen aanrader.

Accueil sympathique, établissement de bonne qualité, face aux plages, et dans une ville relativement calme. Bonne présence policière et pas trop de circulation dans les rues avec comme bonus le parking gratuit.

Op zich een prima hotel voor gasten die graag in de drukte zitten. Het zit gesitueerd precies tussen 2 leuke discotheken in. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De kamers zijn sober maar netjes en worden elke dag goed opgeruimd. Echter wanneer je erg gesteld bent op je nachtrust moet je voor dit hotel niet kiezen. Zoals gezegd precies tussen 2 disco's in die om 5 uur leeglopen. Om half 6 rijd de eerste trein langs die elk kwartier voorbij denderd. Helaas zijn de kamers niet zo goed tegen geluid geisoleerd en zijn de bedden van erg matige kwaliteit waardoor ik 6 nachten gebroken heb geslapen. slechte bedden en erg gehorig. Je hoort alles, binnen van buiten het hotel..

Lo mejor la ubicación y el personal del hotel. Esta muy cerca de la estación de Santa susana, de la playa de los chiringuitos y de las discotecas. Os recomiendo chamaco.. Un ambiente muy bueno y en la playa! Lo peor del hotel es que no hay cartel para la limpieza de no molestar, y la mujer de la limpieza el primer dia pico como 5 veces pareciendo que le iba la vida en ello hasta k nos levantamos para abrir, y aun viendo k estabamos durmiendo pretendia entrar, el segundo día pico 1 ves y entro directamente. Me parece una falta de intimidad bastante grande. Ya que la hora de limpieza es imposible que la hagan a las 9 de la mñn como pasaba esta mujer por nuestra habitación. La comida es bastante simple y hay poca variedad.. Eso si almenos estaba todo muy bueno!
