Location was fabulous with excellent views

Would have preferred a room with balcony

position off hotel easy access to beach,shops,ect;

at the time of staying we had a very bad smell in our room,they did offer to change but on viewing second room it was as bad if not worst

comfortouble very clean easy reach for old tow benidorm for people who dont like all the razmataz. great locally for the true spanish area for this is wonderful for small tapas and wine bars great location

felt a bit isolated if i wanted to have a drink in the hotel didnt feel comfortouble being on my own a mature lady

Absolutley loved the view of the place from the beach.

Church bells on Sunday morning at 07.00 directly outside my window. Wanted a lie in on Sunday. Had to check out and find other place to stay for rest of my trip.

Nothing. I walked into the room 006 which was smelly stale and dark overlooking a skanky street am with lots of bars and clubs. No doubt noisy till all hours. The walls are paper thin and the woman on the phone on the next room was so loud that she could have been on the same room. No sound proofing at all. Receptionist was nice and said he would charge. The location is not great for card in fact I had to walk for twenty minutes with cases and two kids up the steep hill only to get there to find the room appalling. It's the worst room I have ever seen in bendirom.

The hotel was in a great location over looking the sea and levante beach, I enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine overlooking the sea. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful, the rooms were adequate and had all you needed for a holiday. The food was plentiful and of a decent standard for the price.

clean hotel you get what you pay for, a little more variation in the food would be good but all in all no complaints.

The location was fantastic although I struggle with walking and my husband helped me a lot.Cannot fault anything and we liked it so much we are about to book two rooms again with our friends late in the year.

Beliggenhet ved stranden

Beliggenhet helt inntil en kirke som ringte hvert kvarter. Lukten av gammel mugg på rommet gjorde meg kvalm. Elendig frokost. Sur betjening.

Que viajando sola me han hecho sentirme cómoda en todo momento. La ubicación es perfecta.

El café del desayuno es malo en general en cualquier hotel , pero aquí es,,, AGUA SUCIA

la habitacion olía terriblemente a cloaca que venía de los desagües del baño

La relación calidad precio es increíble. La habitación tiene la decoración de un hotel de dos estrellas, pero es amplia y muy limpia. La comida la vimos bastante bien. Por ese precio no se puede exigir más variedad, y con la cantidad tampoco hubo problema, ya que es bufé y en nuestro caso sí que reponían.

El baño no tiene muy buen olor, como a tuberías. Como está tan cerca del mar, siempre puedes dejar entreabierta la ventana y dejar que entre la brisa.
