Went to play bowls Booked in advance but it was not available on arrival.

staff very helpful and friendly guite near to the shops but a little walk to the sea food was a little over cooked but there was a good choice

Not being warned about building works in the late afternoon which was right outside of our room for three out of four days that we were there very noisy!!!

Everything! I'll stay here again.

Frindly Staff, Value for money

It was a very nice hotel, very clean and very friendly staff especially on reception. Great children's facilities and liked the fact that it had UK TV channels in room as was on own with child so were in room quite early at night.

The pool was far far too cold. It was shockingly icy and my 5 year old turned blue with cold! Not good. Would have used pool more if warmer, instead went to beach.

Location was good. The gym was best we have seen in a hotel. Breakfast was good. It had private parking.

Stayed 6 to 11 September and it was absolutely full of families. Impossible to go in the pool because of all the children who also took over the jacuzzi. Too many children for us! The lift service was terrible at ALL times of the day. We had to queue to go in for dinner which was rather frantic as so many people. They had happy hour 9:30 to 10:30 but because of the time we prefer to eat, around 9:30, because of the queues we usually missed it. The food was only very average at dinner time. The rooms are in need of full redecoration as they are very dated. No direct access to hotel from private parking

Problems at peak times with the lifts.

the hotel was nice but the food wasnt good very bland and basic for a four star hotel very poor , we always book through booking ,com which is very good , but we have stayed at better hotels in benidorm

The hotel was very clean and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Having a young child the evening meal times were a little late for us as a family. Starting at 8pm and finishing at 10 pm.

Rooms noisy especially at night Fire doors in the corridors not shut at night. Asked for a quiet room on booking, was put next to a lift !!!!

- bodde i 13 etg. Fikk mye trim, da det var umulig å få heis! - mye og variert mat , men ALT smakte det samme! Lite variasjon i krydder. Lite grønnsaker til frokost. - booket enkeltrom og det kommer frem i bekreftelse at rommet har balkong, som jeg ser på som en selvfølge! Da betaler jeg dyrt for det første for enkeltrom, så får jeg informasjon fra hotellet at de ikke har ballonger på noen enkeltrom! Synd at single personer ikke får samme goden som par! - elektrisk anlegg bråket veldig på rommet! Jobber i elektro firma og jeg tipper at det elektriske anlegget kan være en brannfare!

la comodidad de la cama es aceptable y el buffet no esta mal.

quizas un baño mas amplio y las instalaciones les falta una renovacion. Falta una zona de estar, para adultos.

La amabilidad de todo el personal, lo confortable que nos resultó y la limpieza.

El spa y la animación nocturna .

La zona de juego para niños. Había mucha variedad de postres.

Había bastante comida poco sana, como fritos y reciclados del día anterior. Los primeros platos a elegir eran pocos y los zumos del desayuno eran malos.

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido el trato del personal, todos muy amables y sonrientes. Por otro lado también nos ha encantado la elaboración y variedad de comida en el buffet. Voleveremos sin duda
