Good location/ lively entertainment/ good food most of the time but sometimes mediocre.

Bar staff struggling at times to cope with serving drinks and clearing away dirty glasses etc. disappointed that bowls was not available in summer- this wasn't clear at time of booking. Some noisy anti-social guests turned up the day before we left and no attempt was made by staff to curb excessive alcohol consumption or point out that other guests should be considered. Ticked yes below but probably only for off-peak visit.

The hotel was very clean and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Having a young child the evening meal times were a little late for us as a family. Starting at 8pm and finishing at 10 pm.

Location was just right, a 5-10 min walk to the sea front, shopping in the Old Town and Evening entertainment was also close enough to walk to. Highly recommend walking down to the Tower Lounge where you will get a friendly welcome with good cabaret acts, all free.(English Owned).

Evening entertainment was mostly Spanish, no tea/coffee facility in room, although we did read on our last day that you can get a kettle at reception.

We all enjoyed the break because the Hotel was friendly, clean and reasonable and we felt that we had value for money. We would reccomend it to our friends and will definitely stay again.

The staff where nice and friendly and the facilitys were good .but the enterment was below standard for christmas and new year break.

For the money we payed for the gala meals and what we where served was in my oponion very poor .

In a quiete part of benidorm. Very friendly staff. Food good plenty to choose from for all types of people. Entertainment every night, entertainments manager very good. Bar and restraunt staff very good.

La ubicación, el excelente trato en recepción y facilitación de todo tipo de servicios. La limpieza en sus instalaciones. Por supuesto, que cumplen con creces las exigencias de un hotel de 4 estrellas, es más en algunos aspectos lo superan.

No, ahora que hay aspectos que se pueden mejorar

La ubicación, a un paso de todo. Y el precio, magnífico. El buffet libre y las instalaciones son correctos.

Todo es mejorable, pero no sería justo hacer crítica alguna, dado el precio pagado. La relación es muy equilibrada, aunque nunca entenderé la fórmula para clasificar los hoteles.
