Staff were friendly and as helpful as possible.
The room smelled like mildew. The pillows were hard and flat.
Very noisy if your windows face the street. Book only the rooms which look at the interior yard.
Right in centre of town
Noisy at night so didn't sleep well
Very basic hotel but all we needed was a clean bed and a shower, which is what we got! Perfect location, right in the town center with lots of restaurants, bars and shops around. A couple of minutes walk away from the marina.Very nice and helpful staff at reception.
The hotel is in the very center of the city, with an easy access yo many places I had to visit. There were a lot of small bars and restaurants around, minimarkets 24h, no problems with breakfast or any other meals. I even was able to find time for swimming as the beach was 10 minutes walk.
A lot of people enjoyed their time in the open bars right around the hotel until late at night. It's not always comfortable to open the hotel door from within the crowd, especially coming with luggage. But there was no noise in my room at all, it was absolutely calm and quiet. For a short or business visit the hotel is perfect.
The room smelled awefull, and very tiny.
Great location, very central and close to the beach. Although the staff do not speak English they are extremely friendly.
This place is basic but has everything that you need if you dont need luxury. Its right in the town center from where you can walk anywhere (harbour/beach 10min).
The place is located right in the area where all the bars and clubs are. It gets very noisy at night. I did ask for a quiet room in the back and it was fine. (405). The rooms dont have hair dryers but they have one downstairs. Also, i had to ask for a mat on the bathroom floor, this should be standard. My room was small but to me that wasnt an issue. I was only there to sleep.
I booked two nights in Hotel Rialto while I was looking for apartment in Alicante. For this kind of purposes the hotel was excellent, but I don't see why you couldn't spend a week's holiday here, too, if you want to do it in a low budget. The location was excellent! You have everything you need there: the main street is very close but also the beach. Yet I couldn't here any noise from the street to the room, perfect!
The elevator seemed very old (and a bit unreliable), but I was forced to use it while taking my 30 kilos worth luggage to the fourth floor. There was also a slightly weird smell in the room, which you got used to when spending more time in the room.
Friendliness of staff Located in center but not far from beach A/C Wifi
Closet was dusty A little loud at night
We needed somewhere cheap but clean to spend 1 night. Other reviews were spot on cos this hotel was perfect. Room was small, ensuite was a bit old but everything worked, and aircon was very good. Had a great nights sleep, and location could not be better!
Very good location, room and the bathroom clean, quiet.
Single room small and no wifi
Location, clean and cost
Not great soundproofing
-very nice area -close to the beach -located in a centre -nice people -aircondition in room
-room situated in front of the elevator, very loud during night -bathroom a bit old,not that nice as looks on a pictures
Location was good right in the centre. The room was very clean as was the bathroom lots of hot water and a good powerful shower. The reception staff although spoke no English were extremely friendly and helpful.
The only criticism the beds are a little hard.
Loved my view over the main street, access to cafes and bars, could just see the sea and a balcony, very small but enough for fresh air and seeing out, simple design room bath and shower, card not a key, 24 hour reception with some local information, friendly and cosy.
My friend joined me another night' wanted tea in the room, but it didn,'t bother me.
Central location, staff helpful and available. The window of my door was not closing well and they repaired it on the same day.
The street is very noisy with people dining and partying all the time, but with ear plugs it is fine.
The location was very convenient. The price was adequate to the comfort.
A huge cockroach in the bathroom scared me a lot. The bathroom in the triple room was half size of the bathroom for 1 person. The TV set very small. The lamp bulb was off in one of the lamps.
Really nice staff! (you have to speak spanish with them)
slight smell from outside drain when window open
Is very central located
The price was excellent for such a central location.
There are many outdoor tables in the pedestrian zone below so there is a lot of noise around midnight.
Excellent small hotel in a great city centre location. Comfortable room at a very good price. Lots of good cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. I would stay there again.
Great location, just in the center, near to everything. Helpful staff. I was the first time in one star hotel, and was surprised, how comfortable it might be (and cheap of course). I would recommend it for staying without children, because rooms are rather small.
We had a clean nice room, breakfast was ok for its price (4 euro), good location, close to the beach
Staff doesnt speak english!!! :( there was only one lady who had very basic english
