location of the hotel is great, directly next to the old town the rooms are a little bit shabby, a renovation would do good |

Location - superb for our requirements. Cleanliness of hotel. Friendliness of catering and housekeeping staff. Certain front office staff were cold and less than friendly. Not at all welcoming and quite clinical. There was no "did you enjoy your stay, hope to see you again" on departure. I appreciate that this may well be a 'business' hotel however we were tourists!! |

Lo centrico que es. Para el precio y la categoria le faltan detalles, un kit de pasta de dientes y dentifrico y tambien de afeitado es indispensable para 3 estrellas. El mobiliario de las habitaciones es muy antiguo en el minibar, mesa y sillas. Tambien las puertas que dan acceso al balcon estan viejisimas. El aire acondicionado no tenia mando, la television minuscula y antigua y el personal del hotel muy callado. |

Su situación, su confort y la amplitud de las habitaciones. Amabilidad del personal. Parking más amplio de lo normal para lo que suele ser normal en hoteles céntricos. Algo caro, pero fuimos en mitad de las fiestas, y el hotel está a dos pasos literales del centro de esta bonita ciudad. |

tiene unas amplisimas habitaciones, y una excelente situación. Nos pusieron un sofa cama muy amplio para el niño, en una sala de estar independiente dentro de la propia habitacion. |
