Lovely hotel, we had a spacious family room, friendly staff, great facilities, all inclusive was excellent with plenty to choose from and great that you were not limited to the amount of drinks you were aloud from the bar. Overall we had a brilliant 3 night stay.

One very small complaint, they advertise free Internet but its limited to 10 minutes a day.

Noisy hen parties coming in at 4.30 in the morning, shouting and swearing

The pool was nice and close to beach

the all inclusive was a real bargain & the pool areas were nice

the beds were noisy & uncomfortable the air con & fans very noisy & for wifi if you were a distance from the reception it was very hard to use & the TV channels were very limited

We stayed at this hotel 6 years ago when it was called Hotel Rincon Andaluz. Although the name has changed to Blue Bay, little else has changed to look at. This time we booked a superior room which was a good move in terms of size and location on the site. Grounds are well kept and pools are good. Breakfast always offered a good choice in the buffet style dining area. Plenty of areas to chill out with a drink in the various bars.

Not so good was our room’s air conditioning. The first room we were given had a terrible smell which I at first thought was the sewers. On investigation I established it was the A/C smelling. The management could not cure it and we were offered an alternative room which was much better as long as we did not use the A/C. Their A/C systems obviously need a good service and clean. Evening meals were served in the same buffet area. Plenty to eat but did not suit our taste. Make sure you request a room away from the main road.

Beautiful room we were upgraded lovely view of the pool from room 711. really spacious room and huge bed! The only staff member we met on reception was really helpful and friendly

I have stopped at Blue-Bay several times and found the staff to be welcoming and help full. Value for money. Facilities are good. Pools are exceptionally clean and well maintained (Nice ‘chill out’ areas). Food and variety is good. Rooms are basic but clean (How long do you spend in your room when you’re on holiday?) Close to beach. I would take my family or friends. Would recommend and stop again.

Rooms are basics. Bathrooms could do with updating, however, has everthing you want.

Nice staff

Lovely and unique hotel, full of charm. We were given a room with terrace on the first floor facing the lovely Andalucian patio with the capella, which was totally charming and romantic. Despite that hotel is next to the main road, it is very quite inside, you have fresh air there and it feels like a complete hideout. After reading couple of negative feedback I was a bit afraid, but hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was included in the price and it was quite good - food was fresh and tasty. Price\quality rate just excellent. Hotel also has very many activities for different age groups starting from ping pong and even offering Spanish classes, which I think is very good approach towards customers. Also I have received very professional back massage there from masseur on site. I would recommend this hotel for those who like Spanish countryside feeling and not looking for modern\fancy\fusion hotels - you will be disappointed!

A bit worn out, but well you don't really notice it, as it matches with the general old style Spanish village theme. Tv quite old, but we didn't really came there to watch tv, so we didn't mind :d Would prefer to have more complementary things in a bathroom and more modern hair dryer. Also fridge in a room was empty, would prefer to have there at least some water.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, Rezeptionspersonal freundlich.

Leider war nur ein Restaurant geöffnet, dort gab es nur Büffet für 20 Euro, wir wollten jedoch nur eine Kleinigkeit. Selbst an der Bar keinen Imbiss zu bekommen. Die Zimmer müssten einmal renoviert werden.

Хороший выбор блюд в ресторане, вкусно. До пляжа 5 мин. Внутренняя территория хорошо спланирована и ухожена.

В номерах отсутствуют тапочки, халаты и шампуни. Платный Vi - Fi, да и то только в зоне рецепшн. Много курят на территории отеля...

ééN nachtje geweest ivm doorreis. Opvallend ruime kamer met groot 2 persoonsbed (ja u leest het goed) Alles netjes en alle voorzieningen in de badkamer (zelfs wegwerp tandenborstels) Zeer riant ontbijtbuffet met vers gebakken broodjes. +++++ hier werd ik weer eens vrolijk van voor de Booking.com prijs van 62.50 incl 2pers ontbijt.
