Very helpful staff, good comfort and cleanliness. The inclusive breakfast was truly exceptional.The hotel also has a first class restaurant with excellent cuisine. The fixed price menu at €20 per person including wine was very good value. The hotel building lacks character and is of an unimaginitive design.

The hotel was nice and very clean. All the staff spoke good english and been very helpful ! The location is at a good starting poing for trips - the area between San Sebastian & Biarriz. At the web site, it's could be understood that the hotel has many facilities ... but none of them are really present (only a small swimming pool and WiFi). The price (about 140E per night !) was much too high for a room only, without breakfast and far from the main nearby city.

It was the most comfortable and best appointed hotel that we stayed in, in three weeks of travelling. The bathroom was well planned. Convenient to the old town, once we discovered that there was an elevator just up the road. Wifi worked well in the room. Breakfast, which was included in our price, was good. We were fortunate to find a parking spot in the hotel carpark. Can see that this could be a problem, as in the streets outside, it was difficult to find a place to park.

Particularly the helpfulness of the staff. They responded very positively to some requests that we made in relation to our aged parents who were travelling with us. The restaurant and cafe food was of a very high standard and we thought was excellent value for money.

Les renseignements fournis à l'accueil pour l'organisation du séjour sont adéquats et professionnels. Le respect des personnes handicapées est inexistant. En effet ,la seule place de stationnement prévue à cet effet était prise par l'automobile d'une personne valide .Suite à ma réclamation (je suis une personne handicapée) la personne de l'accueil m'a répondu que c'était toujours comme ça et rien n'a été fait pour moi. Je trouve cela inexcusable et inadmissible pour un hôtel de cette classe.Vous comprendrez facilement mon mécontentement et la raison de mon insatisfaction.

El trato ha sido fantastico. Muy simpaticos y proximos el personal de recepción y del bar. La situación aunque un poco lejos del centro es buena, al lado del casco antiguo y del paseo del rio Bidasoa. El hotel es nuevo y de diseño moderno. Se aparca dentro y gratis. Los precios de los productos del bar un poco caros.

La amabilidad del personal. Estuve cenando sentada en unos de los sofás, donde en principio sólo era para tomar una copa o café, etc y además después de cerrar la caja nos dejaron quedarnos el tiempo que quisierámos. El aislamiento acústico no es muy bueno. Se escuchan las campanadas de la iglesia. Pero igualmente no es algo que moleste demasiado.

Todo iba bien hasta las 8 de la mañana cuando empezamos a escuchar las campanas cada cuarto de hora... Fué horroroso!! Se escuchaba cualquier ruido de la calle...nos tuvimos que levantar a las 9 y marcharnos porque no podíamos dormir mas!! Deverían cambiar las ventanas, ya que para dormir bien es primordial el silencio.

Accueil chaleureux chambre et salle de bain propre mais hélas mal insonorisée situation de l’hôtel idéal pour visiter autour de la ville et dans la ville Chambre mal isolée, on a pu entendre le portable du voisin sonner et la personne tousser et parler en pleine nuit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

L'accueil est excellent, le personnel est très aimable, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La table du restaurant de l'hôtel est d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. La situation géographique de l'hôtel est idéale: au calme, près du centre et du bord de mer de la ville ainsi qu'à deux pas du centre historique.On peut donc garer sa voiture et tout faire à pied.

Me ha gustado la mezcla de diseño y funcionalidad. Habitaciones amplias y muy luminosas y con algún detalle. Camas también muy amplias. Muy agradable la cafetería, ambiente acogedor. Sin ser problema del hotel, son muy molestas las campanadas constantes de la catedral: tocan desde las 8 de la mañana, por doble y cada cuarto de hora, imposible dormir. Con tapones pude terminar de conciliar el sueño.

La gente del hotel es muy amable y atenta intentando solucionar cualquier necesidad que se tenga. El desayuno buffet esta fenomenal y el personal está atento a que todo este genial. Un hotel muy tranquilo, agradable en hondarribia para disfrutar. La ubicación es muy buena, está muy cerca del centro manteniendo al tranquilidad de la zona. Parking gratuito aunque con menos plazas que habitaciones. El parking no tiene tantas plazas como clientes por lo que a veces no hay sitio.
