Easy walking to old city, harbor, and restaurants.

The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was substantial and good. Within easy walking distance of the town and lots of shops and restaurants.

No sockets by the side of the bed, but the receptionist obtained an extension lead, so it was fine.

Only that it wasn't in the old town, although very easy to get to from there. Everything else was fine.

- Central location to the old town, restaurants, the beach and transport to San Sebastian and France...yes another country via a 1.40 euro boat ride to Hendaya! - Beautiful gardens and pool for relaxing with a vino blanco in the afternoon - Friendly and helpful staff - every restaurant recommendation was bang on the money - Hondarribia itself is just gorgeous, great sense of community and very quaint. On a Friday and Saturday night they close the main street to cars and everyone just gets out and about socialising. It was like being in a country town near the sea. The locals were so helpful and being from Australia we were somewhat of a novelty. And the local food is just amazing - monkfish and hake are basque specialities

- The room decor was pretty plain - but you're only sleeping there so not a big deal - We seemed to be almost under the Hondarribia Airport flightpath but there aren't many flights so not a big deal - More pool lounges required. When on holiday, the trivial seems to become important - there were daily battles for a lounge

Great place to stay after a train trip from Paris. Lovely room which had a beautiful outlook. We used the pool and surrounding gardens and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast down in the dining room. A good location as we were able to walk to the waterfront and local eating boulevard with ease. The room was well appointed with air conditioning and very modern design bathroom. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Sara who was so welcoming and helpful, pointing out the names of places to see and restaurants to try. We greatly enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel. It was one of the most delicious meals we had this entire vacation throughout France and Spain. The grounds were beautiful, as was the pool, but alas, weather in Hondarrabia did not cooperate! I would highly recommend this hotel, great location.

The hotel was well placed and easy to find. It had a good carpark. The evening menu was good and as it included a good quality wine. The room was very clean, good wardrobe space and comfortable bed. The reception staff were helpful and efficient.

The shower was strange, a brush in the shower head made the water fizz. One has to ask why? The room was serile, not a single picture nor photo, not even curtains only white blinds. No theme was evident throughout the rest of the hotel, either.

pleasant staff ready with maps etc.,apples left around (i scoffed afew),nice pool and lounging area,good value cafe,top resto in basement,free parking,aircon,flatscreen with lots of channels,good beds,good free wifi,great location,ipads available,papers books and mags available....really top , will return!

Great location 5 mins walk to old town and 10 mins to main riverside bars and restaurants. Staff were very good and spoke good English.

The hotel was not 4 star standard and therefore was expensive. Rooms had very cheap basic furnture and overall facilities and 4 star extras were not present. If unable to park in small car park then parking would be a problem. Overall the hotel is trying to be something it is not I.E. 4 star.

The staff were very friendly - upgraded us to a suite as the upper floor was being decorated - we have been before and it has improved since our last stay - we will definitely go again

Un pájaro excesivamente molesto anidado cerca de las ventanas del 3' piso... Pero esto no es culpa del hotel...
