Hotel Palace GL is an elegant hotel situated in Barcelona’s Eixample District. Set in a 19th-century building, it features 3 restaurants, a Mayan-style spa and luxurious rooms with classic décor. This is an excellent hotel with great facilities for a city break. The staff are super efficient, very helpful, polite and friendly. Breakfast is served within a very civilised range of hours. Great attention is paid to every detail and the comfort of the guests. The Caelis restaurant is on the expensive side but the food is superb, well worth trying at least once during your stay. Full marks for everything!

The staff was excellent and they provided for our every need. It was comforting to come back to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing and be greated by the doorman and front desk staff. The location was perfect for everything we wanted do in the city. The hotel was beautifully decorated and had fresh flowers daily. Our room was our home away from home.

Found staff to be friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The opulent surroundings were superb. The Deluxe room was both large and very comfortable ; providing every facility, including a luxury bathroom. The position of the hotel was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.... Well worth saving the money to spoil yourselves.

This was honestly the most amazing hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. The service was impeccable, the staff literally goes above and beyond to meet or exceed your expectations. Fantastic location in the heart of Barcelona. You will not be disappointed! The wireless was only available in the hotel lobby, otherwise you were required to pay and additional 12 euro.

The classical design and the decoration are one of our priorities. The staffs are polite, helpful and also the manager gave us an introduction to the grand lobby, the restaurants and our room as well. We both love the food, the services and the tranquility of the hotel. We highly recommend people to come and stay. Free Wi-Fi in everywhere of the hotel is a must in these modern days.

The best is the luxury atmosphere remaining unchanged since 1919. At the Palace you feel like a silent movie star. The pillows must be changed – hard ones are too hard, soft ones are too thin.

Beautiful, elegant hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. Terrific central location. A little on the pricey side but worth every penny if you want luxery and to be pampered. The conciere staff could not have been more helpful and the desk is staffed 24 hours per day. Excellent well maintained facilities and very clean. Every staff person with whom our party of four had contact, went out of their way to assist us in every way and make our stay a real delight. I would reccommend this outstanding hotel to anyone. We stayed for six nights and loved every minute of it. The New Year's Eve Party at the hotel was way overpriced so we chose to go to a fantastic restuarant a block from the hotel that was suggested by the conciere.
