A beautifully restored classic with modern bathrooms and facilities. Best of the old world coupled with the best of today.

Bell staff that rifled through stored luggage and insolent hostess in the lobby restaurant.

Within walking distance of most places of interest and also lots of nearby public transport options available. Bed very comfortable, staff very efficient and hotel room quiet despite being in a city.

Price of extras in hotel e.g. Breakfast, coffees and other drinks. Too expensive!

Location was perfect, the Hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff were always on hand to help answer our many questions.

It does not have a swimming pool in the hotel though they have access to one in another hotel 15min away.

I liked everything about the hotel: the staff, the decor and the location.

We had nice holyday the hotel is good service is good generally every thing is ok accept jonior suite is not good it is located at the back of the hotel

Jonior suite is located at the back of the hotel faing the kitchen where you smell all cocking

Everything was perfect. My husband lost a wallet and the staff were wonderfully helpful when we were feeling a bit stressed - we were so glad we were at this hotel! Breakfast was gourmet. Room was beautiful/luxurious. Such a treat!

The rooms were fantastic... great size for European hotel room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Deluxe price should include breakfast. Bottled water should be provided in rooms as should tea and cofee making facilities. Bathrooms should include toothbrushes and tooth paste, a razor and an iron should be provided.

- Good location. - Classic design and good decoration, really feels like living in a palace. - Excellent/helpful staff. - They have provided us with a welcome gift for the baby. - They have provided a welcome chocolate and drink. - Hotel staff will park your car for you, getting the car for you will take only few minutes (charge of 30 Euro / night).

- They gave us the wrong room, I booked a junior suite and once I entered the room I realized it is the wrong room so I had to go down to reception with my reservation, they apologized for the mistake and changed the room and moved our luggage giving us free fruit basket. - There was a mistake in the final bill, I used the car parking service for 3 nights only, when I revised the bill on checkout I found out that the are charging me for the whole period (5 nights), I told them about the mistake and they verified and changed the total amount. - No kettle to make hot water in room, so we had to order one and they brought it to us. - Breakfast can not be included during the booking, so you have to pay extra for it. - We didn't like the bed blanket.

Absolutely everything. Couldn't fault it. This hotel is superb!

Hotel was great, recently renovated rooms. The general ambience and decor are that of an old luxury hotel, with palace-like exterior, interior and a doorman with a top hat. The staff is very friendly and they take care of guests´ needs. Recommended!

All! For sure i'll come back to the best city in the world and i'll stay again in this hotel.

The perfect hotel to stay in! We were very well taken care of by the nice staff. Location was perfect as it's close to main areas by walking distance. Don't miss out the Jazz club downstairs

Terrible service for almost 400 Euros the night, without breakfast. The only luxus was the rate. I would be embarrased if I would be the manager of such a greatly renovated hotel with such an awful service. - the portlier spoke very bad Spanish. - the receptionist took five minutes on the phone discussing why the printer did not work before feeling like talking to us - We booked for a child which was not registered - They send you alone to your room in a 5 star hotel , instead of going with you the first time." Here is your key, there the elevator" .....I had no words left - we went for a drink at the only bar open ( the restaurant closes two nights per week!) but the barman was having a cigarette.No comment.It took a while to find him.

Great location. Very nice room

Bit stuffy but I probably knew this before I booked it. Not sure it is right for children but then again we didn't have any problems. Just wasn't a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast poor value and unbelievably hot in the breakfast room.
